to the people who served in the war and died... rest in peace you will NEVER be forgotten you will be in every body's heart. i had a friend and his brother died. i went to his funeral and before his brother left for iraq he asked that if he died we did and everybody was crying even me and i didnt even know him. this just show's how much war can affect us.

Neither this song nor the video are about war in any political sense.That is, they do not state that war is victorious, glorified, or justified. They say, "war is real, and in it, real people die". Fathers, daughters, cousins, and friends fall victim to all manner of atrocities that arise from our (read: all humans) capacity to escalate. On every side. @vidmuncher well i made the video overall for myself and those who knew him, had No idea this "infighting and bitching" would occur from it...bottom line its a nice song and the message behind it was i miss my friend and this song embodies how i feel about him unfortunately dying while serving his country. If there's a person or 2 out there that reads more into than that than thats their issue.

This song can move anyone and everything. I am one of the people. This is one of the saddest songs I've ever heard. This song added to your loss makes me cry. You may not own the rights to the song and lyrics, but every soldier owns it in their spirit.
