  • this was really helpful, thank you!! ^ ^

  • Ruth, as you grow these out, can they easily be worn as side swept or do you need to cut them differently??

  • @kimberlysue2287 mine are growing out now - have a look at the video posted today, you can see that they just kind of fall to the sides! x

  • @AModelRecommends Thank you, Ruth :) they look pretty!

  • the way his twirling those scissors doesn't look too safe.

  • I've always cut my own fringes in... I often let it grow out entirely then get bored and cut a full blunt fringe in without any hairdressing knowledge whatsoever... I guess I'm just brave - or mad... lol :)

  • oh yay! v helpful. good to know the term "point cut". i've had too many communication breakdowns with hairdressers cutting my fringe. so sucky when you get a crappy fringe trim.

  • Amazing!

  • Hi, you lucky found your permanent hairstyler, pepole like me move always and go to different hairstyler then you never no how they ruin your hair, oh also Ruth you're very chatty and sweet. xx

  • Thank you for this! It was really helpful.

I've given myself bangs (fringe) on a whim before, and I definitely could have used good advice (I could have done without the booze too, probably :P). I really love Kenna, he seems pretty fantastic, not to mention a great hairstylist.

    Thanks for sharing!

  • he's like Edward Scissor Hands with those scissors. Very talented guy x

  • Nice!

  • Could you talk about your fitness routine and foods that you eat?! Thank you Ruth! I love your videos, and I am fourteen. I look up to you so much!

  • Brilliant! You're the one who inspired me to take the plunge and get my bangs again :] What products do you use to hold your fringe in place? Mine tends to piece together in an unflattering way that makes my hair look dirty (even if it's not!) xx

  • @TheLizHaley I'll do a little video on it! xx

  • Favorited for multiple future references :)

  • agh it's so annoying I have spots on my cheek just like yours atm...I feel your pain :) At least though are your only ones though! I have to take acne medication now because it got out of control randomly

  • good job Sir

and you're even more beautiful in real light that in your videos...

  • If only this had been up the other day before I reached for the scissors! One uneven fringe later, I'm worried if I cut it any shorter it'll be like that woman's on the compensation advert! Plus, it doesn't help it's decided to go gappy! :L Oh merde :L! Haha! Great video as ever and your fringe looks fab! :) You should have way more subscribers, I love your videos! x
