Personally I don't like it very much 'cause of the voice, and the low speed(for being death); but it's suposed to be a great influence to other death metal bands; but check it out and make your own conclusions.

@Madooblerxsauce nope, You're mistaken for what nu metal is, it's bands like Korn (rapping,hip hop like beats with heavy distorted guitars) , Early Linkin Park , Only some of earlier Disturbed songs as well as Mudvayne , Limp Bizkit , P.O.D. , Early Slipknot , Deftones and so on. None of a7x albums are even close to be considered nu metal. Nu metal usually lacks of solos and more intense guitar work.
