John Calvin's understanding of faith and life has shaped America's in two distinct ways. 1-Amrcn evangelicals have no connection between faith in Jesus and the good works of loving others and treating them how we want to be treated because Calvin claimed Jesus while having over 50 people murdered for sinning or disagreeing with him. 2. Also since Calvin was enthralled with Stoicism and Seneca, he & his followers are fatalistic gnostics with no actual holiness or love.
