  • 3 hamburgers, 3 milkshakes and 3 tacos. Pokey's such a glutton. XD

  • 2.00 for a burger? C'mon. Next, you're going to tell me gas is going to be three dolla-- oh wait...

  • like this if your high as fuck xD

  • haha "you sure eat like a horse!"

  • 4:37 Jizz in my pants.

  • damn dude I wish I could get a hamburger a milkshake and a taco for sixty cents

  • Gumby's mouth wasn't filled in.He looks incomplete...

  • those blockheads are Mexicans...!!!

  • The Blockheads had one of the best themes on the T.V show.

  • I am 20 now and I remember watching Gumby when I was little. I don't recall the episodes to look so... old.. though. Are they from before the 80's or have I just gotten so used to High Def?

  • @AnnaKayDay

There are gumby episodes from the 50's and 60's and some from the 80's, you've probably seen those. They're called Gumby Adventures.

  • the blockheads are assholes.

  • Always loved how Doctor Who and Gumby drove the same car.

  • @DavidFullam

Well, Dr.Who is British, and that's a British Car! I mean, Gumby must have been welathy. Lots of merchandising, but not till the 60s, but, I just guess using the Capitol Stock music [and its "step sister" libraries like Raoul Krausshar & Jack Shaindlin, plus the predecessor MuTel and Alex Lazlo] helped save money!

  • still fun and hiliarous!

  • 4:37! Best expression EVER!

  • for some reason the gumby claymation episodes scared me a little

  • lmao 4:37!

  • I waited for 4.37 and it was worth it. ha ha ha ha

  • ha ha ha haa ha!! Gumby's look of surprise at 4:37 -- great!!!

  • fun and hiliarous!

  • I've been known to go to Taco Bell, Del Taco, or Jack in the Box and have SIX tacos, for only THREE BUCKS!

  • @SteveCarras And this was around 1958, so $2 then inflates to $15 now! They had about $700 taken from them by those darn Blockheads! O_o

  • The last cue is "Light Melodic 13". Most of these are lisgtneanle online in the "Carlin Arhcives" [not formed by late comeidan George Carlin, ha ha] in PLAY PRODUCTION MUSIC site.. This is one of the last 50s episodes and is along with Zoops one of the first to have Gumby's new eye look. Art Clokey though is sitll Pokey, not Dal McKennon as later, showing this era. Blockheads would be dormant [absent in 1962 revival] till the 1966 one.

  • interesting info steve carras huge gumby fan!

  • JGBennie under another name on a site that sbhall remain anonymous ID'd the last as PG-275 "Daffodil Yellow"[it also appears in part of "Lost and Found", also with Gumby,

  • @SteveCarras

    Okay.

    4:55 PG-285 "The Jerk"

    5:16 PG-275 "Daffodil Yellow"

Both by composer Philip Green for his British EMI library.

As I say, the second is in "Lost and Found" briefly and in the odd sponsor-flick "Century 21 calling".

[I and some others uploaded that one.]

That last one was produced by industrial producer Jerry Fairbanks.

  • Where are Gumby's yellow lips?!

  • If I'm not mistaken, this was the first Gumby cartoon to feature the newer-style version of him, and at first they tried giving him lips like Pokey had, but then I guess they found it cheaper to use the yellow lips

  • I find it interesting the combination of stop-motion and Mr. Bill-style animation (you can tell where they just pushed a toy car with Gumby and Pokey in it into water).

  • buti nga sa nga blockheads.

  • This and the zoops are the only episodes where gumby has an inverted mouth.

  • It's odd hearing any character here doing an actual song, especially as the familiar stock production themes are playing (@00:58 BTW what is that song?)

  • More old shcool soundtrack Gumby than I thought..this was one of the last made in 1957.

  • i love the way pokey talks. some of the lines he has are very clever.

  • those blockheads got moded in the end...hahah pwned.
