  • Very good. More please!

  • Much as I love it, there is a spirit that was always here that Trek (nor anything else) will NEVER emulate.

  • What font is that at 2:21?

  • Hello again VTP! So you go to college/uni in Colchester then! May I ask what keyboard or Synthesizer you used to achieve this rendition? Some very well sculpting here I may add :)

  • @therealKINDLE Hi there. Yes, that's right, although its been on my profile the whole time, lol. ;)

Thanks for the compliment. It's not a proper synth in the usual sense. It's a Yamaha PSR 3000. I only bought it brand new in early 2007. It's good for a play around, but the orchestral sounds are mostly quite Midi.

  • well that was really cool!

  • Fantastic : D

  • Can use this in one of my videos? I will give credit!

  • it needs more base

  • This is great. What keyboard did you use?

  • this is definately worthy of whomix!

It would be a pleasure to use it!

    liked and added to favourites!

  • i like the music and the doctor's faces it is great

  • 0:57 the best bit

  • The Peter Davision sequence looks better then the original. Imagine if the BBC version was like that in 80's? It'd be fantstic!

  • it isnt peter Davison video its colin bakers with peters face

  • It's superlative if heard through digital headphones.

  • Brilliant, absolutley brilliant.

  • I love this theme so much, Especially the McCulloch Middle-8/ bridge section =D

  • Surprisingly good!

  • Very cool sounding rendition of the theme!

  • ts a very very good video mate!!! Love it! Although im not keen on the theme i will let that slide =D

  • Who ever this Craig is who did the Theme remix, I'd like a little chat with him. It's not often you find someone who understands the ins & outs of the Dr Who theme. I mean, Title sequences are abound.. They're everywhere! But a True thought out Remix of the Theme like this one, takes alot of time, effort & Talent. There are so many ways in which to go wrong when covering such a theme. PM me if you know anything about him.

  • i love the theme :] download link sir?

  • I like this theme it goes well with the music, its nice!

  • I ment it goes well the video.

  • how did you use the doctor who text at the end, i'm dying to know

  • Your playing is going in and out of time like the tardis.

Nah just joking, couldn't resist, great for a grade 1 player.

  • pretty good i like the colors

  • Amazing.

  • Yay! Another Doctor Who theme!

  • This is ace, i really love the 80's titles, they were so colourful and you've made it all come together, well done and i like the version of the theme can i ask where you got it from. Well done on this video nice work.

  • Erm...I didn't get it from anywhere. I made it myself on my own keyboard, apart from the sound effects of course. Stil, thanks anyway.

  • @Barneystudioz What you played this on the keyboard. That makes it 10x better for sound like it was made on a music program. I would love if you showed how to play this. As Ive been trying to play this theme for ages. This is one of the best keyboard redos ever on keyboard of doctor who theme as I siad it sound like it inst being played.

  • Brillent.... well, anything WHO is! I am amazed by how many really good open titles, animations and videos there. This is beauty incarnate (see I know posh words!).

  • if you ask me, this was highly impresssive for a grade 1 piano. I'm at grade 5 flugelhorn, so I'll race you to grade 8 starting.........NOW!

  • 0:18 Omg! Peter Davidson! He stares into your soul.

  • that was amazing, it had me smiling as I listened to it. So awesome dude!

  • OMG Awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Excellent and just when I was used to The Ultimate Doctor Who Titles mix now your going to update that next year I'm awestuck.

  • Thanks. Lol, I was weary updating the Ultimate Title Mix on a regular basis, because usually not much changes. But after numerous requests, 2 new themes, 1 future title sequence, and another new Doctor, I finally thought it was time for a change. Well, next year anyway.

  • Very well made RTP :) 5/5

  • Cheers, Vortex. It's good to be back.

  • Now that I like a lot, well done, it's very good and certainly keeps in with the 80's tones, which as you say is what it was made to do, very well done!!!

  • Thanks, for some reason, 80's Doctor Who music seems to stick in my mind more than other decades. I suppose it's those distinctive synth sounds, rich, raw, and very original, no samplers.

  • this comment cannot even begin to express my awe.

  • Thank you, you're very kind.
