@mruppel2 Yes. That was really awesome that they did it that way! This game just blew my mind as a kid! Nothing like it had ever been seen before and that's why it annoys me how everyone thinks "Symphony of the Night" is the greatest Castlevania game and no others come close! It's inspiration is directly taken from this game!
@Laveticus True! Finally someone who agrees with me! They took almost everything from this game, including some sprites! This game was more remarkable in my childhood because I was a child in the SNES era, not PS and N64 era.
@mruppel2 Yeah I do! I know they did! Just look at the first boss of SOTN, Slogra and Gaibon! There was even a review for this game in a magazine that said it utilized supernes' full potential and in fact WAS the greatest game at the time! That tunnel thing in the level that almost looks 3d, used a special part of the graphics that had never been used before.
This was the first level I had seen of it from a recording someone made. From then on it was and STILL IS my favorate game!
Yeah, the only reason (I think) it is for me now is cause I played this game addictively when I was a kid. Freaked the hell outta me back then though. I HATE instant-kill spikes!
I have finished it now. Its not that hard i was thinking... But i can be sure, without save option of emulator, i will never had beaten this game. spend over 1k lifes
This game is really nice! I like how beatiful they made the stages, and how they made the stage related to the map... cool video, thanks for sharing!

Whoa. Brutal.
I'm gonna be uploading "Symphony of the Night" soon, but right now I'm a bit on my music kick. I'll let you know when I do though if you'd like.
