Try going to GameFAQs and searching for Clay Fighter Sculptor's Cut. There should be cheat codes that allow you to play as the secret characters. You'll have to press the R button to see and select them once the cheat is entered.

lol. How can people like Sculptors Cut? It was horrible. They took out a lot of stuff, the graphics were nerfed, and the game it's self was like 80% done when it was released. So there are TONS of glitches. They wanted to add 2-3 more characters and refurbish the graphics but Nintendo kept wanting the product sooner and kept making the deadline shorter so interplay literally released an unfinished game.

I don't know how sculptor's cut is the better of the two; they downgraded combos, got rid of insane combos, and the computers are still broken (jumping back when you jump forward).
