This is a great version. Reed's bass work is extraordinary, not one note played feels out of place, its extremely fluid. And when Josh gets into the mix the song really elevates.
Strange version of Papa's. Josh's guitar seems to go out for the middle minutes, and he can be seen replacing the cord, then coming back in for the ending solo. A middle part of the song that normally has ferocious guitar is all keys and bass on this one. Josh ends with some killer licks around 8:54 on.
I don't especially love these guys music but they are the best live show I've ever seen. always see them when they come around Boston
