Chinese soldiers killed many Chinese people during the war. R.J Rummel claims that Chinese peasants "often had no less to fear from their own soldiers than they did from the Japanese."
Chinese government pinned thier crimes on Japanese soldiers.
China has no right to accuse Japan of crimes such as the Nanking Massacre because the massacre was made up story using fabricated evidence.
Fabricated? How can such a thing be fabricated when there are even testimonies by JAPANESE SOLDIERS THEMSELVES to the crimes that were committed. How can it be fabricated when there was a war crimes tribunal/ trial in TOKYO.
@bluexxfire (Part1)According to the ejcjs articles, the majority of academic research on the Nanjing Incident has been opened, some the Japanese, the Chinese and people who are speaking English have been attended the conference. Of the three language groups, Japanese has produced the most sophisticated research, with the debate in English lagging decades behind.
@bluexxfire (Part2) The Chinese language materials are the collections of various primary sources, including the recollections of many of the Chinese military personnel.
@bluexxfire (Part3)However, these Chinese collections show no evidence of any vigorous critical attempt to distinguish between valid primary materials and other materials: photographs, for instance, which are known to be fabricated, or from different areas and different times, continue to be used to "prove" Japanese guilt in the winter of 1937-38 at Nanjing.
All those welcoming Chinese mass in Nanking was staged for propaganda, a member of the Safety Zone Committee said in his diary that all those good deeds of giving away food and gifts were not to repeated without the reporters' cameras.
@Thak11 Japan's own NHK produced a TV investigative report documentary youtube-titled "日本纪录片:中日战争扩大化的真相 Part7" @1:42-2:04. This video confirms Chinese claims.
@Thak11 (Part1)One of the pictures shows that many Nanking citizens, who had abhorred bad deeds done with the Chinese military in the city, welcomed the Japanese military after the Nanking battle. Japanese soldiers and the Nanking citizens in the picture wearing armbands of the flag of Japan and giving cheers, on the day of the Japanese military’s ceremonial entry into Nanking ("Sino-Japanese War Photograph News #15," the Mainichi Shinbun newspaper, published on Jan. 11, 1938)
@Thak11 (Part2) One of the pictures shows that Japanese soldiers gave gifts to Chinese citizens in Nanking. Photo from the British newspaper North China Daily News, published in China in English on December 24, 1937, eleven days after the Japanese occupation of Nanking.
Before the Japanese Army entered Nanking, there had been many corpses in the city. German correspondent Lily Abegg wrote the account entitled Escape from Nanking. Our Last Days in China's Capital, as to the aspect on November 29, 1937. Who did kill them? Around Dec. 10, which date was Japanese surrounded the Nanking city, the city was completely fallen into a state of anarchy by Chinese soldiers. The Chinese soldiers in holy terror came to be out of control and began looting.
According to the report by the United Nation's Office on Drugs and Crime, the crime rate of rape in China is 2.84 to 100,000. South Korea is 12.98, Japan is 1.79. the crime rate of Robbery in China is 24.59. South Korea is 9.56. Japan is 4.07. According to the Nationalmaster statistics in the U.S said total crimes rate of China is 119 to 100,000, Japan is 54 to 100,000. The Japanese committed many crimes in Nanking city?
Most of comments which are written by Chinese does not have any logical (historical) points. They have just piled up scornful language against Japanese here. This is the China.
(Part2)It was reported, however, that few responded to the crimes committed by Japanese Army and some refused to testify or to deny the massacre occurred when they were asked for details. Then, the KMT reluctantly submitted the tentative report to the IMTFE on January 20, 1946. Except for one testimony made by a man named Lu Su, no other evidence of massacre by the Japanese Army was available, besides burial records.
(Part1)According to Summary report on the Investigation of Japanese war crimes committed in Nanking, prepared by the Procurator of the District Court in Nanking, to prepare for the IMTFE, the KMT set up the Nanking Investigation Committee for Antagonists Crime on November 7, 1945, and appealed to the Chinese public to report Japanese Army's crimes.
(Part2/2)During the last few days some violations of people and property were undoubtedly committed by them. Chinese soldiers in their mad rush to discard their military uniforms and put on civilian clothes, in a number of incidents, killed civilians to obtain their clothing.
(Part1/2)James Espy, the vice American Council at Nanking, reported to the American Embassy at Hankow concerning the aspect of the city right before the fall of Nanking as follows :
Monition should be made here, however, that the Chinese themselves are not altogether exonerated of depredations, at least to some extent, before the entry of the Japanese.
Nowadays people can reseach many mummies which were find in Egypt. Many mummies were buried almost 5000 years ago. However, we can find what the cause of dead of them, or what they ate before they died, and so on. The so called Nanking Masacre was occured almost 70 years ago. China can find the details from the dead bodies. Why they don't want to reserch about the massacre? Why they could not find any conclusive evidence about that?
(Part2)On the contrary, some of the pictures, which were claimed to have been taken at the time of the massacre, have never indicated the date, the places, and the names of photographers. Also, some of them are showing the entirely different things, and others are forged ones. Even the Chinese cannot have proved the Nanking Massacre.
■(Part1)Some of the photos and videos, which obviously show restoration of order in the Safety Zone immediately after the seizure of Nanking, and also the documentary films which show the Chinese citizens rushing to get ID cards. These photos and films are made by the trustworthy sources, and coincided with the witness of over 100 Japanese correspondents dispatched to Nanking then.
@Thak11 Do you know so many Chinese soldiers escaped from the Nanking castle before the Japanese enterd in to the castle? They killed many Chinese people for getting thier dresses because they pretended to be civilians. James Esby said. Shame on China!

I don't deny that some Chinese soldiers were fanatic to the stage of killing other Chinese for civilians' cloths.
But that didn't disapprove Japanese soldiers not killing Chinese needlessly and mercilessly.
In fact the Japanese did not have enough supply to feed themselves all nor the civilians in Nanking.
The Japanese had the motives to murder Chinese massively.

Some Chinese soldiers did those crimes were executed when found out later , so that was not a tactic to confuse Japanese soldiers.
By the way what kind of confusions could have made when Japanese did rapes on a large scale themselves.
