if this is true then if and when it gets passed all you have to say is what LAW says i have to, i am a human bieng not a corporation and i have rights. and if they say its under some act tell them where to go because an act is not LAW and it is only valid if u consent to it.......now who would do that?
They have already started metering (charging for ) water, and we have accepted it in the soouth. It will take some time in the north, but all new build houses are metered. Basically, the further north, the less power they have.
