  • che guevara is better

  • Who do you like better Audie Murphy or Che?

  • "I don't care if I fall as long as someone else picks up my gun and keeps shooting!" - Che Guevara

  • i never understood how you could be against government control and yet at the same time be a socialist? how else can u redistribute wealth without giving the government a ridiculous amount of power.

  • I don't believe the 'guerilla' Che ever existed. He was a mere symbol of liberation created by the revolutionaries. Che might have been a doctor, who accedently came to cross his way with uprising revolution, and used as an unwilling symbol.

  • Che oversaw the revolutionary tribunals of convicted War criminals from the U.$. Supported Batista dictatorship. These rapists, torturers, and goons ran Batista's dungeons and killed 20,000 people. Che simply reviewed the appeals of those sentenced to death. A decision supported by 93 % of Cubans at the time.

  • View it. but think. its an american movie.

    and who killed him?^^

  • he was a racist pig who hated the usa, he hated freedom of expression and the constitution, communism has never worked all the countries that have adopted it or a government similar have failed and now are in a great depression, you can talk trash about the usa but you will just be contradicting yourself we have given the mst to charity then all other countries combined, we have waged war but never occupied then after try to be friendly to the enemy, capitalism allows freedom of ones choices

  • @montrose1731 "Giving to charity" is the LEAST the USA can do after years and years of exploiting smaller poverty stricken nations under imperialism. You talk your slick game of how communism kills people(which it does) when your precious little America goes and kills people everyday.Im not a fam od communism BUT even more im not a fan of how two faced America and its people are.

  • @andres65080 who have we killed, we are not allowed to kill children and women, and only if they are armed and firing, those are our conditions, communist dont give a shit who they kill. and im sorry imperialism is that why american jobs are being destroyed and sent to china, chinese imperialism, we have always been helping others, saving the worlds asses from communist, marxist, radicals, terrorism, socialism, and fascist, wait i mean people like che

  • @montrose1731 HAHAHAHAHA your just a common America blinded my propaganda.Do some research. What was Hiroshima? A game of dominoes?

  • @andres65080 hiroshima and nagasaki. the two cities destroyed by american scientist, they had it coming and it was necessary to end a war that killed millions of people a war caused by communist. the japanese never killed people pearl harbor, the Philippines, the pacific islands, yeah we were the only ones who killed people dont give me that bullshit, your beloved che killed many people , and if you did research american propaganda does not exist any more it is all socialist propaganda.

  • @montrose1731 AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH PROPAGANDA DOSENT EXIST ANYMORE????AHAHAHAHAHAH. You make me laugh.I never denied Che killed people.Hell in the movie he said "We excute and we will continue to execute" Che didnt hide behind little propaganda lies and he didnt try to cover up what he was really all about. He knew he had to do what was necessary. He was not a two faced coward as the majority of American Politicians are.Arguing with you over the internet is a waste of time.Have a nice day.

  • @andres65080 I agree there is propaganda everywhere today (commercials are filled with them) But really? It's ok because he never hid his intentions. Hitler didn't hide his intentions either dose that make him right? The KKK never hid there intentions.Dose that make them right? Your logic is not logical at all.

  • @jsh78mang I never said it was right.Im just saying Che didnt hide like these little american politicians.so im really not sure why your coming at me like that.

  • @andres65080 To many people in todays day and age try holding morons like this to some high horse. I understand the problems of his day and age helped mold him into the killer he became. However he should have overcome this and answered back with love, kindness, and charity. He would have done better an probaly still be alive if he stuck with the Dr. thing. Helping people not slaughtering them. A lot of people don't get this. Sorry if I offended you.

  • @montrose1731 I disagree WW2 was started more or less by Hitler and he was more of a Race type segregation/socialism, mixed with small parts of free trade. In an almost pyramid type scheme (everyone answered to Hitler). More or less in a class by itself.

  • EL COMENDANTE

  • Communism has never worked in any country--I don't understand the fascination, every country that tries it fails. Stop making excuses for it, or che another murderer. Stop blaming your lot in life on the man, look in the mirror that is the only person stopping you from greatness.

  • @blacksheepotano lol you're an idiot

  • @blacksheepotano faggot

  • i love benicio del toro!!! this looks amazing as well :D i could care less about all yew people bad mouthin che and whut he did.. its the freedom he stood for thats important. Even america is slowly losing its freedom... v_v

  • Coomunism Fails pure and simple truth

  • Fusilamos, y sigueremos fusilando! Brillante era el gran Che. Viva Latino America!

  • but thers no excuse. ppl like mandela n ghandhi did it too and they did it differently. che was a good man, n started the revoltuion fightin 4 sumtink he believed was right, but somewhere something snapped n love for his ally turned 2 hatred 4 his enemy - AND NO THEY R NOT THE SAME THING. when that happened, he became narrow minded, fanatical n cold. as for the MOVIE: well directed, well acted, benicio is sexy as , great music. :)

  • on che: he was a good man, wit gud visions (even though i disagree wit socialism, i dont think its EVIL! .). my problem was he was all 'the ends justify the means'. wat started of as a revolution bout love of humanity, of ppl, of liberating men n women who suffered, of equality became a war bout hatin america. when his focus shifted from his love 4 the ppl, 4 truth, 4 justice to hatin capitalism/ USA he became a fanatic n did some horrible things - more gud than bad, n i also no y he did it

  • "Many will call me an adventurer, and that I am only one of a different sort: one who risks his skin to prove his truths." --- CHE GUEVARA

"The ultimate and most important revolutionary aspiration: to see human beings liberated from their alienation." --- CHE GUEVARA

"Above all, try always to be able to feel deeply any injustice committed against any person in any part of the world. It is the most beautiful quality of a revolutionary." --- CHE GUEVARA

  • 1:27

Is there seriously a change in the aspect ratio during this movie? That's an automatic turnoff for me unless it was done for some artistic purpose.

If the director just got lazy and forgot what he was shooting in than that's an automatic detractor from the film.

  • aspect ratio is actually the same, it's just a blur on the bottom and a shift to the top. It's made for youtube, and it's not even an official release.

  • i doubt soderbergh would fuck up the ratio

  • all those haters got no life. i bet that if one of their 7 years son asked who was che guevara they would answer he was a child raper and a sicko killer . if my son asked me who he was i would just say he fought for the poor. some people say he is bad some others say he is good. when you grow up you will get your own conclutions.

  • Che Guevara embodies the ideals of justice, equality, freedom, truth, and bravery.

He is a martyr to the cause of world liberation from the shackles of capital slavery. The slave plantations were replaced by the corporation and Guevara gave his life to wake up the huddled masses of humanity.

CHE will live on for all eternity and will reside in the hearts of billions until this world breathes its last breath. Hasta La Victoria Siempre!

  • @4Barbudos Dude get your head stright look at Cuba now Just lokk at it now how is he in any way good. The guy was a wannabe badass

  • @4Barbudos as the most racist dictator on the planet, killing mre than ten thousand men and boys who would not join his cause, he is mini stalin

  • @4Barbudos Bull shit. Che's form of justice well let him tell you in his own words.“judicial evidence is an archaic bourgeois detail.” Thousands of people were executed without trial. Bravery? Is that why he pleaded for his life when he was caught like the little bitch he is " I'm worth more to you alive then dead" sounds like the pleas of a coward not bravery. Freedom? he tried to ban jazz and rock music and suceeded at banning free speach. You don't know Che at all.

  • Americans continue to be mediocre and stupid! want to dominate the world! Che Guevara is an example for us Latinos, we help the fucking United States of America to be the monster that is! its ignorant! viva che!

  • for all u haters...please dont be so retarded to type in "Che Trailer" if you only are up to put out shitty comment's, if did "hate" him that much..well look up a damn "we hate che" movie or some shit in that direction!

    Btw, sorry my english.

  • oh yeah about the quotes. so what cia and usa goverment supported dictators in argentina, bolivia, etc with the excuse of destroying comunist threat. sending them weapons? having nuclar missiles? receiving cash from our contries? fmi supported argentinian dictators. sorry but diffenrence to che usa owns latin america a big apoligise and millions of dollars for the millions of so called "comunsists" executed. research please?

  • lol if he was such a monster and a fiend you think that he just borned and became evil? didnt u ever thought that maybe the system was monstrous in latinamerica. jesus it was 1960 and u dont know a shit about from america (im argentinian) so stfu . at least che shoot against dictators rather than just stand in computers like nerds like you guys. what a shame

  • "We will bring the war to the imperialist enemies very home, to his places of work and recreation. We must never give him a minute of peace or tranquility. Well attack him wherever we find him. The imperialist enemy must feel like a hunted animal wherever he moves. Thus well destroy him! These hyenas (Americans) are fit only for extermination. We must keep our hatred alive and fan it to paroxysm! The victory of Socialism is well worth millions of atomic victims!

  • @ndes0532 hey do u even no wat america did so otuh americ u asshole? americans revolted cuz they were untaxed fairly cubasn revolted becuase they wre beign sweatshopped and terrorised.

  • @hollowmagnet

I'm sorry what are you trying to say? If I read you correctly you are saying that American injustice against Cubans was sufficient to justify using nuclear weapons against New York, as Che proposed?

  • @ndes0532 : HELL NO I WUUDNT EVEN BOMB THE NAZIS. let alsone usa.

and i said that 1. cubans had even mroe of a right to revolt then americans did,

    2. im giving an explanation for che's sentimetns towards USA. not EXCUSING IT.. im sayin y che hated america and he had evry right to feel anger towards capitalsm and USA, but nto to act upon it (and he ddint so there!)

    4. towrads the end of the revolution che became fanatical, cold blooded, blind man who lost sight fo what he started off to fight.

  • @hollowmagnet

Well Che's sentiment towards americans still doesn't justify imprisoning dissenting cubans or killing them without a trial. Also your last point is often silently omitted when worshipping Che.

  • @ndes0532 did u even read the rst of my comments? wat makes u tink i worship che. i believe hes a good man wit a gud vision - not neccesarily my vision as i like free markets (wit of corse gov regulation n basic intervention) n disagree wit socialism.. but nonetheless there was ntohin rong wit his vision n it was helluva lot beta than batista. somewhere along the way che forgot 2 fite 4 de ppl he loved, n it bcame fiting against the ppl he hated. and there is a big difrence (star wars much :))

  • @ndes0532 they day his foucs chainged he became narrow minded and intolerant adn COLD/ he dint listne to anybody he jsut ruthles pursied his goal. nietshce, that stupid and abnormal man rwud ahev been rpiud iof che for justifying the ends despite the means. i wud disagree.

as for imprisining dissetnign cuabs - the ppl he imprisoned wre batista thugs and politicains a littel different theb 'dissenting cubas'.

in fact the same man who was elected as president/pm by FIDEL (LLEO) disagreed

  • @ndes0532 and i dont remember japanese ppl being put on trial or vietnamese peasents int he mai ling massacre.

  • @hollowmagnet

America is a big place. Not every American deserves to be held accountable for everything any American ever did. And I disagree that Che's adolescence can be so easily disconnected from the rest of his life. Search youtube for 'killer chic'

Also I might add that your posts are really hard to read.

  • @ndes0532 hey i dont hold americans accountable for your goenrmets terrosit and war mongering nature. one only wodners at american stupidity and apathy thought it seems the only time you care about injstuice is when its a lef wing idoelogy mssacring people. you have no care for ight wing massacre.d byut aht i mean you horibble governemnt

  • @ndes0532 also che was 25. maybe you dont knwo wat tha means but it means he was an adolescent. im jstu curious. hav eu ever red "notes of themotorcyle trip' ? if u cant be btoehred watch the movie. i m not disconeccitn che form his past you fool. when soemoen changes, that change occured becuase of the past. teh fact that a change occured shows that there had to be a lon between past and future. duh, you have to change FROm something TO somethign else.

  • @ndes0532 also thsi video nagets to emtiont eh fact that the poeople che were killing wre batisa suporters who murdered hundreds of inncoent people. kidn of important dont you think? and hwile i sidagree killing people for their poltical dioelogy, thsi was a war. the maerican revoltion did not hesitate to execute traitors to their cause. why should che?

  • @ndes0532 the very fact that i said he changed shwos a link form past to future nto a disconnection.

you have to CHANGE from soemthing TO soemthing else. duh. hence there is no diconnection, but the fact that the CHANGE occured shows that all is nto at it was. and ive bet you never even fucking read a bigoraphy of the man save by american progpoganda and cuban exile.s so how the hell would you even know?

  • @hollowmagnet Everyone come and mark this! Another great argument for communism!!! Oh, wait....I can't read it...

If you think about it, gibberish is probably the best argument for communism. Considering that it isn't as bad as all the other "reasons" for it...

  • @ndes0532 people change, for the beter or for the wrose. inc hes case for the worse. in refernce to you video shoudl i feel sorryf or thsoe nazi officials executed at the nuremberg trial? no? /...

  • @hollowmagnet

This conversation would be a whole lot easier if you didn't take 5 responses to reply and typed more carefully.

The only real point you seem to be making is that the people who Che executed deserved it. With that I disagree. Hence the comparison with nazi officials executed in Nürnberg doesn't apply.

Let me restate my initial argument: Che was a killer/dictator and doesn't deserve the reverence he currently receives in popular culture.

  • Let's look where one of my quotes came from:

Hatred as the central element of our struggle! raved Ernesto Che Guevara in his 1966 Message to the Tricontinental Conference in Havana. Hatred that is intransigenthatred so violent that it propels a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him violent and cold- blooded killing machineWe reject any peaceful approach. Violence is inevitable. To establish Socialism rivers of blood must flow!...

  • Che Guevara was a killer and a murderer. He killed hundreds of innocent Cubans that wanted freedom. He was a terrorist. Che Guevara and Fidel Castro destroyed Cuba. abajo che!!!abajo fidel!!! abajo con el communismo!!!!abajo con el socialismo!!! Cuba Libre!!!!! Free Cuba!!!!! Que Viva Miami!!!!! Que Viva USA!!!!!! Que Viva EE.UU.!!!! Que Viva Los Cubanos De Miami!!!!!

  • terrisom is the war of the weak and the poor.

War is the terrisom of the rich and the powerfull.

  • amına soktugumun kapitalist uşagı.. piç

  • viva el che he was a great man

  • and you are a pinko commie

  • Che was not a commie he was a socialist so don't talk shit about shit you don't know nothing about

  • and there is a difference

  • Clarin1800.....................get educated !!

  • We all want to live in a fair & free world (hopefully!). Democracy is built on these ideas (I'm pro-democracy, by the way) but sometimes, people abuse their power for their own gain & bring down democracy. If that happened to you, which system do you think best makes up for democracy: capitalism, communism or fascism?

  • You forgot imperialism, the highest stage of capiltalism. Read the book Open Veins of Latin America by Eduardo Galeano. Read about the Scramble for Africa. Read about Operation Northwoods or Operation Condor, and then come back and discuss with me anything you want.

  • comunism is not evil and unfair its just the countries who have embraced it have done so wrongly and not embraced TRUE comunism in TRUE comunism everyone knows thier part and everyone is equal, there is no government in true comunism because everyone knows thier place in society the governments of comunist countries is what you should be calling unfair and evil not comunism itself coverchenko

  • Part One is much better than Part Two

  • Whats the name of the first song?

    AT THE START!?

  • is matt damon in this?

  • He appears in Part Two, but just for a few minuts.

  • THATS the scond songg.

I'm talkoin bout the song whats playin at the interview at the start,

  • whats the name of the first song?

  • "samba de balderrama" by Mercedes Sosa

  • I've watch both che films &, as films, they're awesome, showing the history which started the cuban civil war, the horrors of war & the man behind the contraversy. If you don't like che, they're still awesome films. John Dillinger was a bank robber who did not mind murdering innocent people, police & other mobsters for money & revenge, but the film Public Enemies is awesome, which shows Dillinger as he was, a murdering bank robber who flirted with women. Nobody says he was a hero

  • whats the song in the middle of the trailer ?

    its really good !!

  • Comment removed

  • it is "Balderrama" by the amazing argentine singer Mercedes Sosa

  • revolution through out the whole word spread the word

  • this is a good movie - sympathetic to the cause of communist. Finally a "leftist film" to balance the military financed fascist, rightist, child-like "transformers." Watch both movies to make up your own mind.

  • Che was a true hero!

  • Shut the fuck up!

  • Well then tough guy, let me ask you something..if u hate "che" so much, why the hell are u on this page, white a video of him?

If i where u and hated him that much, haha, then i hadden't been that retarded and typed:

"Che trailer" in the search box, then i either see annother movie.

but i aint u and im pretty glad that i not are u.

btw, "espen" vanligvis brukes det ett eller to utropstegn(Y)

  • you put that guy in his place

  • A revolution is needed in Honduras right now, as the milatary and elite rich have ousted the poor-serving president

"A real revolutionist goes where he is needed"

Fuck the imperialist nations! The wave of the socialist area must not be hindered!

  • We need a revelution here in america the goverment is controling everything and spending our money like crazy.

  • Honduras does not want socialism...you stupid fuck. Let all the socialists go to Venezuela so Hugo Chavez can control their lives. Culero de mierda

  • truely you're dumb and ignorant or you would leave out the unnecessary cursing for a rap concert.

The majority of Honduras are peasants (more than 65%) and they loved him, but the elite rich, controlling the media, are in favor of the new U.S. butt-kissing president

  • So because there are a lot of poor people in Honduras the president should be able to do as he pleases without regard for the constitution. You are dead wrong thinking that the majority of people support Zelaya...all you have to do is look at the number of people protesting in favor of Zelaya to see how few supporters he really has. Chinito pendejo

  • This movie is mind blowing! Benicio's masterpiece!

  • i loved this movie, part one and two on dvd

  • I can't wait to own this epic achievement on Dvd. It's a great work of art that deserves the best treatment. :)

  • wen does this movie come out

  • lol and nowadays many says he was a bad guy without knowing wat he did, why, or even wats wat he did to be called a "mass murder".i hate those ignorants.wat u care he killed cubans u never care about other loses.u just destroy his reputation only because he was comunist and wanted a free america our of cia and usa intervention.well nvm not ur fault guys.i bet teachers give their opinions to u .not the real facts...

  • omfg how many times i used word people o.o

  • revolutions in latinamerica might not mean nothing for foreign people.but for us (im argentine and traveled to bolivia and brazil) the difference between poor and high clases is huge.and all countries here lived by dictatorships of militar people.we even lived opreseed since the 1400`s when spanish armies represed aborigens.the people who fought against those bastards that gave speeches while many people were totured or "disapeared" were great.thats why che is a huge symbol for our people

  • shack if u seen first part its not so clear the revolutionary ideal.sometimes it reflexes when he says the people should learn to read and write or they r easy to fool.and when the peasent tells him he received no shet as payment.anyways the second part is more clear.cuz its shown the cruel dictator, the poor towns che visits, when he says that bolivians live in bad conditions, and the freakin army that represents the dictatorship of those times.

  • el che guevara idiot/idiota

  • Vive La Che Geuvara

  • I think it was well made and very interesting. You do have to know a few things about che's life to fully understand, but other than that its not too hard to follow. They were very accurate in the portrayal of him and the other characters, as Benicio del Toro even looked convincing as the revolutionary.

  • is this film any good

do you need to know anything about it to find it remotely entertaining and still interesting at the same time

  • This movie was not "epic". I watched it last night with two of my friends. Unlike my friends I knew the history of che, cuba, etc. I found myself having to point how significant certain characters were and countless other things. I think the movie was of "high quality" b/c of the money that was put into it, but i thought the overall outcome was disappointing. For people who know nothing about che, it was very hard to follow. Not fluid and very hard to get into. i dont think it did Che justice

  • I thought it was epic, gorgeous, moveing, emotional, powerful, and a great character study with amazing ambivalence towards it's protaganist. It's not hard to get into, but like many great films, it is a polarizing work of art. I've read the history, and the film did more then what I was expecting. I wish I could see it again on the big screen, but I must settle for the Dvd. :)

  • He wasn't a saint or a mass murderer, he was a man who fought for what he believed in which was the bettering of humanity and that to me makes him a hero

  • Comment removed

  • Che is my number 1 hero... =]

  • Comment removed

  • The film you refer to is of course Che by Academy Award Winning director Steven Soderbergh. The first film (there are two parts) is based on Doctor Ernesto 'Che' Guevara's book called 'Reminiscences of the Cuban Revolutionary War' and also on witness accounts from those who knew him and were with him at that precise moment in history. The second part is based on Ches Bolivian Diary and also on testimony from who were there with him

  • Benecio Del Toro plays the part of Che and he won Best Actor at the Cannes Film Festival amongst other awards. As part of his training for the role, he travelled all around the world meeting many people who actually knew Che both before and after he was involved in the Cuban Revolution. Del Toro said in response to meetings he had with a wide variety of people that the reaction was always the same, stating that he was blown away by the bucketfuls of love they still have for Guevara.

  • The history surrounding Che is complicated and difficult to understand if you rely upon only one or two sources. This man is a hero to many in Cuba, to many in all of Latin America and to many in all the world. You have to ask yourself why is that? The answer is in the history. He is seen as a powerful symbol of rebellion for positive change and many people feel inspired by his life even if not completely agreeing with him. Who can not admire his quest for free health and education for all?

  • Did you know that the soldier who executed Che in 1967 in Bolivia nearly lost his sight in 2006. His sight was restored, not by Bolivian doctors, but by Cuban doctors sent to Bolivia to assist in medical projects. How ironic is that!? Evo Morales is the present President of Bolivia and he calls Guevara one of the greatest Latin Americans who ever lived.. Many Latin American leaders and academics believe Che is seen in the same league as Bolivar as one of Latin Americas greatest sons.

  • my god u certaintly have a lot of 'facts' about che and the making of the film, almost like u went to wikepedia or a similar site and are now regurgitating the info u found here. Personally i always found modesty to be one of Che's more admirable characteristics, would u agree?

  • I think you have misunderstood what I intended to do with my comments below (which yes I did write myself). People have come here to watch the movie trailer for and are thus interested in some way or another in the history the history of Che.

My sole purpose of commenting was to highlight a few select points about both the film and the man himself. As the film has a historical basis, I see no harm at all in posting some information written by myself based on what I have learnt.

  • I agree

  • he was a hero

  • i dont like it when people try to over simplify a very complicated situation.

  • no, xbruk, YOU are a fucking idiot...

  • I was reading all the comments left & got bored half way through because people are trying to potray che as a total saint or sinner. No one can never be a total saint or a total sinner. Everyone is a blend of good & bad. Some just get the chance to show their true colours. In the end, we should all throw away what we have been told, in case its one-sided, & find out the whole story about someone before we judge them, coming to our own conclusions. Please do this before leaving anymore comments

  • i agree with you there. thumbs up

  • thank u, xSmirk91x :) ''xburk'', hav u read his story?

  • Does anyone know who plays the guitar at the start of the trailer?

  • I think it is the song 'balderrama' by meredes sosa.

  • Another great song to cheack out is 'Fusil contra fusil' by Silvio Rodriguez

  • Many terrorists are heros around the world. What about the terrorists in the USA who fought for independance against british rule in 1887? Is the difference JUST nationality? 'Terrorist' does not equal 'evil'. Hitler & Osama want to take over the world and supress people who do not think the same way they do, like Bastila. Wouldn't you rebel against an oppressive regime? That is what Che did, like most people in that situated would do given the oportunity. I did my research. Check if you want to

  • I agree. Also, if you think about it, most people who gain and hold power are terrorists. A terrorist, by deffinition, is anyone who uses fear to get something accomplished. Every government uses fear of punishment to help prevent criminal activity. Doesn't that, in essence, make them terrorists?

  • @Heyjude702 acutalyl aa terrorist is someone who kills inoocent people for apoltical goal. get ur definitiosn right.

  • @hollowmagnet Nope, wrong definition, unless you're the American government. Look it up in a legal, unbiased dictionary. A terrorist uses terror to get across a message or achieve a goal. Hence the "terror" root word. "Anti-Terrorist" propaganda is terrorism; it's gaining support for the war by scaring the fucking shit out of any American citizen who might question it.

  • 14,000 people killed? How many did the USA kill during the cold war? How many innocent people did the USA butcher in many countries around the world because of their beliefs? It's a lot more than 14,000 i can tell you. If Che deserves no tribute then why is his face the most reproduced image in the world? Those 216 people killed died in battle, not because they were religious. I'm a catholic and he's my hero because he fought for a fairer world, where money is just shiny coins and bits of paper

  • Che fought for his beliefs in a better world against the hypocritical nation of 1950's USA during the cold war, who funded facists dictatorships in the americas which betrayed their people by oppressing their human rights and destroyed their nations for arms and support from their 'ally'. How many innocent people did Bastila, the fasict dicator that was placed in power when the USA led a coup to oust Cuba's democratic president who did not want to be pushed around by the USA, have executed?

  • 14,000 people killed, many just for being CATHOLIC, political dissendents, and HOMOSEXUALS! The only difference between hitler, osama, and this piece of shit is nationality, and that is about it/

  • Che deserves no tribute. He was a fucking scumbag terroist who killed at least 216 people, some who were guilty of being....wait for it......CATHOLIC! INCLUDING HUMAN RIGHTS ACTVITIST ARMANDO VALLADARRES , Thats right what a great role model, thank god the piece of shit is dead and getting ass fucked daily by satan. You might as well have a dedication to osama bin laden or hitler, he was just as bad as they were/

  • That's not why he's recieving tribute. He deserves recognition for fighting for he believed was best for humanity. He led revolutions, were casulties were held on both sides, including Che himself. He didn't mass murder people who had no defense, the odds were against him.

  • Finally, some one who understands what I'm talking about. Does anybody know when the second part is in the cinema?

  • What is the name of the song at 1:22?

  • Balderrama - Mercedes Sosa

  • CHE! Is the only man who have done something right!

    A TRUE HERO!

  • name of the guitar bit ??

  • can't believe that Benicio looks like Che (the could be brothers)

  • i just say part two today it just came out on dvd its realy good

  • I heard the movie is 6 hours long! I wanna watch it so bad!

  • It`s splited upp in 2parts...

  • who cares. did i ask u? no

  • when will this be on dvd??

  • Whoever thinks Che is a killer should not watch this trailer!

Those who disagree with or no nothing about

Communism should not even be commenting!

  • he murdered people, so he is a killer. communism is deadly ideology only paralelled by the nazis. I am sure you are from the west, and you have no idea, try this side of the danube.

  • William Wallace, Joan of Arc and others like them fought themselves, they were killers but they fought to free their countries. Does that make Che any different, he wanted a free Latin America that was free from American influence.

To him and the Latin people, Communism was a better choice to Capitalism.

As he said in an intervew "look around you see the colonels and politicians driving around in their fancy cars and then look at the poor of this country, this is what i want to change."

  • You are so right, he wanted to change that, so he helped fidel create a cuba where only the commie aparatchiks are rich and the rest are poor, I have been to cuba, where communism is unimaginable. you can rationalize it but he is a mass murderer, communism is worst than capitalism. Katyn, all the Gulags, Mao, Pol Pot, Hungary 56, Check republic 68, romania 89-90. you are giving exuses for a mass murderer.

  • @scotjock1 as much as i like che he went abit far i hope you admit it.

  • You CANNOT call Communism deadly or worse idology paralelled to the Nazis simply because Communism has NOT been accomplished fully yet to be compared. Communism to USSR, China and Cuba have all be corrupted by the powerful to them the word Communism is just that,

Marxist himself said that he wanted everyone to become communist but peacefully, and the only way for that was the entire world turning no one did and so we have the 'Rotten' countries who use Communism as a word only

  • hitler did not fulfill full and true nazism than, did he? Marx did not cause genocide, Che did in the name of the people of latin america, when there are no such people there are chilean and argentinian people. I would thinka movie should be rather made fo John Paul the II.

  • che did not cause genocide

  • South Yemen, was an example of a Peacefull Marxist country.

A country that had no corruption and no dictatorship. If South Yemen didnt collapse in 1990.. we could've seen how Communism would adjust in the modern world.

Today we can look at North Korea, Cuba and China. These are the only countries with an almost extreme communist government. Well, It's obvious that Capitalism is taking over China and Cuba. Let us hope that North Korea doesnt get corrupted by the Capitalists.

    Long live Communism.

  • Sometimes, killers can be the good people, because sometimes, as cruel as it sounds, killing is necessary, or even inevitable.

  • You if you view the world dividing people into good and black, that is when you end up being a marxist. Also there is something called moral, althou has not much place in politics. Che was not very infleuntual.

  • So you think that's what Che did, divide people into good and evil? I can't say much about that; I don't know enough about him. Why that is supposed to be the major thing about being a marxist, however, I can't see. Of course there is moral, but still you always need to see the context; e.g., most people think murder must be no means to achieve one's goal, but if you ask them if it was okay to try to assassinate Hitler, they even call it a moral duty.

  • Concerning Che's influence. He was very important for the Cuban revolution; so there he was influential. In Congo or Bolivia, however, he certainly was not. He was influential in a global way only as the icon he became for people all over the world. He's been dead for decades, yet still on people's t-shirts.

To what extent all that is still true to who he really was is, of course, debatable.

  • are you kidding me? che was one of the most influential people of the 20th century, whether it was a good or bad influence is a completely different argument, but you saying he was not influential is completely wrong ask anybody in the world, he has had a great influence

  • @thequeenofchinatown1 no che was nto infleuntail at all. really nobodys heard of him

  • communism is not a deadly ideology read what karl marx actually described marxism as, he never did describe communism so you cannot say it is a deadly ideology because the actual man that created it did not describe it as that. And all of these countries that are supposedly "communist" are not, no country has ever been communist, russia=totalitarian, nazi germany=totalitarian north korea=totalitarian so first read what karl marx wrote then start talking about what communism is

  • first of all che is only important for the utopistic communist people who can not adjust to the world after 1989. Marx was part of the first Internacionale so he was a communist, but he is not responsible for the death of millions. But he did call for a proletarian dictatorship before achieving the perfect society, so he did prefer totalitarian states. plus communism is an obselete ideology, and it caused death. what if I would say Hitler was not a true nazi,he was totalitarian?

  • In every state that called itself communist millions of people were killed. That is a fact. Marx called himself a communist but he was not a murderer. What if I would say Hitler was not a true nazi, he was totalitarian? Plus Marx calls for a proletarian dictatorship.

  • see you didn't understand what i wrote, next time read a little closer. I didnt deny the fact that people were killed in ever state that called itself communist, i didnt deny that they called themselves communists. I said that all of those countries that called themselves communist were not communist, not to the true definition of communism, which by the way you should look up. Because Marx created communism, he knew what it was and did not manipulate it for his own desires like Stalin or mao

  • and the Nazi state was totalitarian state, jeez man read something on history please. Nazis were totalitarian as were the Soviets and the CCP. Please read the Communist Manifesto then begin arguing

  • I do not think you need to tell me what I need to read, I think we can have a civilized discussion. What if Hitler was not a true nazi and I called myself that, would you not say that I was out of line?

Also I thinka any ideology that wants to create a dictatorship is a ideology of totalitarianism.

  • What do you mean what if hitler was not a true nazi how does that make sense? considering he was one of the founders of the nazi party. Do you even know what totalitarianism is? Dictators of the past during the pre columbus era, were those totalitarian? idk if you know this totalitarianism was not possible until the 20th century, if you dont know why look it up Benito Mussolini was a dictator and a facist not a totalitarian Look up totalitarianism and look up dictatorship they are very different
