I think its important to remember what the benefits are for each. Now i have a Q6600 clocked at 3.3 with a gtx 8800 so I could run this game on high details, but im still buying it for the 360 even though its better on the pc with the graphics and the controls. Why? because quite simply most of my real life mates dont have top spec pcs, they all have xbox 360s, if the pc version was cross platform to play with a 360 id get it for the pc, but its not so its the 360 version im buying tommorrow.

ow yeah, and for a high end system, you can spend about £800 to £1500 depending on whether you want a case, monitor and higher spec gcard with modified cooling fans on it as most stock fans kill the card pretty quick. you can can get away with £500 but you'd be leaving out higher spec g card, monitor case etc using ur existing stuff. But could get a good cpu, mobo and ram £500.

have fun with your $3000 dollar system to play the games on they're highest settings for your better graphics. Every year if you want TOp computer graphics you have to upgrade you Compy. Play on minimum settings or medium maybe even high settings your looking at 360 or ps3 graphics.

Yep, an 8800GT can apparently run the game at DX10 Ultra High settings at 1680x1050 at 40 fps average. In comparison the consoles only run it at 1280x720 at medium settings at 30 fps. If you crop the resolution to 1280x720 you'd be getting around 60 frames per second at Ultra High.

Umm you don't have to spend 3000 dollars to play any game. 650 dollars will allow you to play any game right now, and with the exception of the Crysis series, you could run most on very high or high settings. I know Crytek and PC Gamer did a 650 dollar build that would run Crysis: Warhead on Gamer settings at 1680 x 1050. Educate yourself BEFORE you post next time...

if you can handle crysis on high settings i would say get it for pc. just cause FPS's are better for PC cause of mods that come out, aiming is easier, its also less of a hassle. I would get it for PC but i wont be able to run it on high and running this game on low would pretty much defeat the purpose of it. its too beautiful to play on low hahahaha

lol as in graphical or other processing limited functions of the engine will still probably be toned down (albeit slightly) for the consoles, with only top end PC's being able to run it at absoloute maximum, hence there probably are some sacrifices made. Interface too perhaps.

BF Bad company has a lot of flaws, can't use iron sights on ump, can't go prone, damage is bad, whole shooting system is bizarre, It's a military shooter, not halo, yeah, ok for halo it's ok to zoom with a weapon, and not use the sights, for half life, it's ok, for a military shooter, it's small, but big and annoying problems.

this and brothers in arms hells highway are the best two games for 2008 in my opinion. the african jungle and safari are spectacular. the action is fast paced also. and to mention that it has a real 24 hour day cycle. also nothing is scripted in this game which means your free to go where ever you want and there is 50 square kilometers to explore in the game. unbelievable
