It's a simple trick shown in the video description. Equip a Persona that nulls (or better, reflects) physical attacks. Equip the weapon Omega used or a weak one. Find an opponent called a Great King in Magatsu Mandala. He summons other shadows. Let all your party members die. Then set your game to Rush, which has everyone left move automatically. Rush will prioritize the summoned ones over the Kings. Leave it and come back in 1-2 hours. Remember to revive your party before the end!
