I really love this band and listen to both albums quite often, but I find their drummer lacking. Throughout both albums all I hear are blasts.. blasts, blasts, BLASTS. Not much variety. Still, it's all about the guitar and very catchy riffs for me!

Never seen a Technical Death metal band perform so well live. I hate to say it, this puts some of the "Old School Professionals" to shame. This is spot on like the album.

@rsman169 Necrophagist, suffocation, nile, obscura, cynic, the symbolic lineup of death, cryptopsy, atheist (when they were young) and cannibal corpse are tighter, better and write more intelligent music. This is mainstream at best.

@aurasmash how can music be intelligent it's like saying I can make more intelligent pancakes, anywho they are thrash and metal, "emo" is blood on the dance floor and bring me to the horizon. Revocation is atleast ten million times better than they will ever be; emo isn't even really a fucking genre. Lastly death doesn't mean they are full of growls all the time; also listen to the song existence is futile and enter the hall before you judge them, they have alot of potential unlike my spelling.

It's scary to think about how much potential this band has. Even though they only have 2 albums out I would consider them a huge influence. Dave has such a unique and charismatic way of playing.
