We were lucky enough to eat at Chef Anthony's "Chef Table" when we were in Jersey a number of years ago. It was great food and great service! We really enjoyed ourselves and he absolutely took care of us. Thanks Chef!!
Chef Burke is truly amazing! I have visited the Chateau many times and he goes above and beyond on every visit. The meals and the service his employees provide is outstanding! I look forward to such a wonderful experience.
Working under Chef Anthony was my absolute dream job. I sure do miss him. And the Food will never be the same. We the Culinary staff wish him the best.

Chef Anthony was the best. I miss his care. I wish I could bring back his grilled ceasar salad.
