  • He looks like a retired celebrity out of rehab

  • What a donk.

  • wow, NICE HAND! And a massive pot! :O

ps. check my channel for some unbelievable hands and huge pots!!!

  • joseph cheong's play wasn't bad; but duhamel's call was fantastic

  • Some fucking punk that had lady luck on his side.

  • @virdan5993

Ahah... I can spare 20$ my full tilt poker ID is nikcom7370 :]

    And yes

Full Tilt Poker last tuesday revealed to all the facebook fans that new players can now go to FTPs web page, then make a account with the code SPECIALS.

It really is a pretty amazing promotional deal. They will DOUBLE your 1st deposit oh and a few other awesome perks. It is only gonna work for the first 1500 players that create an account using it

  • those frogskins look good on him

  • Though we can see that he overplayed that one last hand, I really can't fault him on it because I might have shipped it, too in that spot. The bottom line is that he played a KICKASS tourney, and I give him BIG props on his success. You go boy!

  • I really wanted Joseph Cheong to win it all. He's good. Unlucky how he couldn't get duhamel to fold his Queens though =l if he didnt mess up with that A 7 he could've been our wsop 2010 champion

  • @RS22s I guess your not bringing into account all the suckouts he got before he got to the final table. The money went from one person to another at the final table.it was nothing but suckouts.

  • That's not right. The major money difference that was left was between 1st and 2nd, not to mention the even more substantial incentives that come from taking the tournament down (along with the lifetime glory itself). FullTilt alone was offering a $10 million incentive for winning the thing, fyi. When looking at these factors, the difference between 1st and 2nd was AT LEAST 13.5X the difference between 2nd and 3rd.

Cheong and Duhamel were wisely playing for the win.

  • The A 7 hand against Duhamel was crucial but oh well, it's poker. This interview shows a lot of class. Good job to Joseph Cheong! Hope to see him next year!

  • "second and third pay pretty close amounts"

    2nd $5,545,955 - 3rd Joseph Cheong $4,130,049 = $1,415,906

    difference between 1st and 3rd is $4,814,261

power play gone wrong. i suspect that play will haunt him for life

  • He played great. So what he made a move. You have to make moves in poker.

  • @Tindel10 you dont make an all in move with A7 when you are the chip leader and your opponent is showing strength with only three people left. that was one of the stupidest moves i have ever seen.

  • @dirtdogg

He finished third, it says so in the description above and the graphic at the beginning of the video.

  • He busted in what place? FFS, Omit the most important aspect of busting out?

  • Still dont understand how can he ship 100m chips, id understand vs raceners 30m chips probably, but against the only other player that has u covered.. makes no sense, not even if u feel he can fold there.

  • @element00x perhaps it's the reason why you never made it there and never will...

  • @element00x

Because Cheong figured that Duhamel could be 5 betting light a good % of the time and folding. Even if Cheong ran into a monster, he had decent equity vs QQ-KK and AK. The only downside to his play is that Duhamel wasn't scared of getting 3rd, he was playing for first and looking to gamble.

  • @degenerate82 Ok dumbass, equity is how much money you have in the pot. It has nothing to do with the cards. And he is dominated by all those hands especially AK. That A7 play was one of the worst in the tournament, jonathan duhamel was showing strength that hand and cheong kept trying to push. Also what dumb mother fucker would go all in with A7 as the chip leader with 3 people left in the wsop. That was a horrible move.

  • @badcatmcconell1324 HAHAHAHAHA, so....how much have you won online? By your criticism of Cheong, I suppose you're calling out that you're better than cheong?

Cheong KNOWS his move was not the right play. He knows this better than us. His purpose of making that move was due to his aggression and had good fold equity that Duhamel's 3-bet range is wide and that he'll be forced to fold many hands except QQ+ since he can't afford to bust out before Racener who's extremely short.

  • @EdDy4RheelZ you are right. That guy's an idiot. Joseph Cheong is one of the best online pro I have ever seen. That A7 move is totally online style. If Duhamel folded people would have called Cheong the biggest genius in the world, and now since Duhamel called people are stupid enough to criticize Cheong. It was probably the most gutsy move i have ever seen in the history of poker. CHEONG FTW!!! :D

  • @degenerate82 Yeah if that was racener with the chips Duhamel had he would have folded since he is super tight.

  • @element00x cheong was the chip leader by a couple million. but i totally agree,it was a horrible play and thats a fact. All the people saying it wasnt need to get their lips off of joseph cheongs ass and watch it again.
