To people asking what is the point of this video:

this is actually pretty funny wry humor making fun of the (I think) Japanese nonsense jobs, particularly traffic wardening. Completely pointless jobs that achieve nothing other than busy-ness. Not a translation but the title might as well be 'phew, what a day'.

The wiping of the brow is champagne humor in my books.
