why 4 adds, ill explain

If you take a protection specced warrior it is possible for that tank to be one of the lowest damaged players.

If a protection warrior gears for block, he can actually become pretty much hit immune to the adds. cant remember exactly how it works, but if you watch top tanks on the armoury you will see them occasionally switch to naxx 25 / blue gear purely for the block value to add tank on this boss in heroic mode. Obviously this allows more dps
