must try this out, back is hurting again, i think it may be because of getting over 220 lbs to squat in 1 year, and neglecting stretches, will let youll know how this works.
some of these stretches are taken directly from yoga, this video demonstrates a method that is very similar to "flow yoga" which involves cycling through different positions and not holding each pose for more than a few seconds, I prefer to spend more time holding each position but it's good to do both types, short and long duration stretches
At 0:29 seconds he mentions 'we're not holding these stretches long" so they are obviously stretches according to him. I was just thinking if someone is not properly warmed up and does this, thereis a possibility you might pull a muscle. Maybe longer stretches should be done before this. I dunno that's why I asked.
those are all the positions she get nailed from

THIS IS GREAT STUFF
PEOPLE NEGLECT MOBILITY WORK TOO MUCH AND WONDER WHY THEY ARE TIGHT AND BOUND UP AND EASILY GET INJURIES.

@lovecraft4780 SAME HERE! I laughed at this video, and just for the hello of it, I tried it and it did two things for me:
1. Greatly loosened up my hips for the squat
2. My back pain left me!!

RE: Going through it fast - I was sort of under the impression it was "fast" for demonstration purposes....

Thanks for putting this up! Been going this for about 2 month now, and my hip flexor pain is no longer. I squat more and with better form! Thanks!

why move through the exercises fast? Isn't the point to release scar tissue or tightness so muscles can glide more easily?

I love to stretch. These exercises actually look pleasurable to me. Often stretching feels like a muscle massage.
