@popobox quand on n'a pas le sens de l'humou!..........
dans les années 50 les "4 barbus" en avaient fait également une parodie que les mélomanes avaient aussi beaucoup appréciée! l'humour n'empêche pas la musique d'autant plus que c'est très bien chanté et cela prouve que Beethoven est dans la vie quotidienne de tous les continents
@Gnoxx it's derived from gorgeous in english. We pretty much use english words as they are or sometimes in wrong way :p but english words are everywhere everyday.
So this is where the inspiration for that Vocaloid KAITO song came from. Even though I like KAITO's musical squeaks in his version, I love this version more. I wish my breakfast would be this funny (or melodramatic. Take your pick.)!
Goodness, what sort of mini-Stalin are you, Mr. Loughlin?
First, I must state that I am an Irishman, and although I am aware of the existance of the word "Healthful", I don't believe I have ever used it, in conversation or prose.
Second, I don't believe I've ever come across it here, except in speaches by politicians and other such odious farts. Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that, at least, as long as you're not a politician.
And third, I recognise that there is some difference between "British" and "American" grammer and that a New Yorker like yourself might actually say "More healthfull" (one 'L' or two?) in that context. It's just that I never would.
Fourth, I apologise for any bad spelling in my comments, as, say what you will about my grammer, my spelling often leaves something to be desired.
Right you are. As a proofreader of 25 years, I can say that the proscription against "healthy" meaning wholesome is completely arbitrary. Mr. Loughlin (telsport) is stuck in grammar school. I suggest he get out of his comfort zone and look up something called "descriptive grammar" so that he can actually understand the proper use of the English language. "Healthful breakfasts." Oh sure, every educated person says that. Dork.
A vocal group in Japan took Beethovens 5th symphony and made a vocal interpretation. But instead of just singing the music, they added a little parody. A family starts discussing what theyre going to eat for breakfast (asagohan). .
They discuss many options ("maze gohan" is mixed rice "shiro gohan" is white rice), and everytime they are about to reach an agreement, some other idea sparks that makes them start discussing it again. In the end, they discussed for so long that the breakfast time is over, and it is time to prepare lunch
@ppgppgppgppg although I hate to admit it (Being that I am a string player) - they were in tune to each other without a doubt. Most orchestras are in tune, but not completely to everyone around them.
I wish I hadn't read the Eng. subtitles. I was so romanticized by the Japanese I thought it had a little more depth. What does the word 'parody" mean? Duh...
A parody is, more specifically, a work of satire that imitates an already existing work (in this case, Beethoven's 5th) or the style of a preexisting author, artist, or performer. The kinds of skits (imitating a TV show or a movie) that they do on SNL or MadTV are all parodies, for example. If someone performs a funny impression of, say, Prince doing one of his songs, this would also be a "parody."
excellent, aussi bonne parodie que les "4 barbus" avaient faite dans les années 50 sous le titre de "La pince à linge"
