the pills are coricidin cough and cold (CCC). The active ingredient is Dextromethorphan which in large doses will have effects similar to Ketamine.

CCC's also have an antihistamine ingredient that is not as safe as dextromethorphan. This ingredient is known as a delirient and will cause hallucinations by POISONING you.

The combination is not a safe one and I would recommend NOT using CCC's. Other cough medications where the ONLY active ingredient is Dextromethorphan are quite safe however.
