ohh..and with them slide pieces u throw when they are just doin a lil hump arm side...work with just throwin it at ur catchers head, and go hard through that point and let it break off the plate...that is the most effective location and iu will see hthe best movement that way too...i learned that real quick this fall season
big thing they stress in college is command of fastball glove side. being alble to be consistant with that is huge. and then fastball changeup combos.
