its not mange. i watched on history channel about this incident. it happened in texas (and im from texas) and the expert that examined the corpses said they have never seen an animal like this one, the teeth are too big, and if the animal DOES have mange than its the most extreme case that has ever been seen. and considering theres been several corpses found in different areas around texas, if it is mange it only effects a certain type of animal and does more damage than any known account.

this is either a coyote, or a dog. Either way, whatever it is had a sever case of mange, as do most of the "supposed" El Chupacabras video's. If it didn't bleed as one of the other posts said, it's probably because the animal was extremely anemic due to the mange and other parasites.
