At :35 of your hooping highlights of burningman 2010 video you do a vertical side snap that is just really stunning. I've been struggling to figure it out for toooo long. I was wondering if you were planning on puttin up a video for it? I would be sooo excited.

I love how everyone else is doing basic hooping and Babz is totally rocking out showing her amazing skills. As for the person who dissed her hotpants....If I had a booty like Babz I would be naked all the time.
@Hoopspinner - You've obviously never been to a festival or been in the type of atmosphere of an event like burning man (or worn hotpants for that matter because they are not uncomfortable in the least). Its great youre getting into hooping, now just get in the spirit of it and dont judge your fellow hoopers! We all share the same love for hooping! Babz has incredible skill and many of us learned a lot from her...the attention comes from the skill and not her outfits (albeit she looks hot!)

The hooping is sweet. I've been at it about 6 months now and I definitely appreciate the skills. I'm also no stranger to free-wheeling, expressionistic performance art. I can't help but wonder, though...is it your hooping you seek to draw attention to with a flaming hot pink thong? Let the art speak for itself...it is good enough, ladies, I assure you. @Hoopspinner its not a thong they're hotpants, thats the outfit i put on that morning at burningman not something i "chose for performance". you could be stark naked at the burn and no one would take any special notice. thats the beauty of it, you can wear what ever you want and not worry about anyone judging you. take a look at some of the other outfits in the vid and you might get the idea.
Shame on you for the condescending comment aimed at her clothing. She looks great and hoops beautifully. Judge yourself, not other hoopers. Not everyone hoops just for attention and acceptance. If beautiful girls make you feel mean and jealous, look elsewhere ; )
What's the move you do at 0:57 called? It's like isolation, but then.. I don't know how to describe what you're doing. All I can describe it as is "woosh woosh woosh". It's so cool! Please, please, please do a tutorial on it!
@Indrina i guess id call it a horizontal isolation, or iso pop. although i can do this sometimes it's definitely not one of my stronger moves. not sure i could pull off a tutorial for it but i can try. probably wont be up for a while yet as i have a couple i have to do voice over for.

@katiekittins it's by a calgary group/dj called small down romeo. kind of a get together between the small town djs and wax romeo. I use there stuff in almost all my tutorials. they rule
