I think this concert was filmed at earls court in london I was there at the time and we alwayz tried to see if we was on film when the camera sweeps across the crowd.They had massive hanging speakers there..B4 the start all lights went down and everyone thought that he was walking through the crowd from the back it was deafening. He didnt though he appeared onstage.The light show was amazing ..He pioneered that look of big stage lights and thousands of them.

OK, I just had to laugh at the fact that SOOO many people think that this song is about using a derogatory term for black people. I am an African American and after listening to this song for over 20 years and not EVER once taking offense to it. If you LISTEN to the lyrics he is refering to his lover having a drug addiction.
