hey can u send me that stuff? i am making a rc nitro car on inventor and have done wheels, shock towers axles etc, everything ecept engine and stuff to make it run, you engine would be a huge help and i would acknowledge your work.
yer they have glow plugs. they run on compression abit like a desiel. but they are hilarious when the blow out sometimes! when you rev the nuts out of them. my mate had one in a 4x4 truck. the piston shot out the block and we lost it!
Did you put this in motionstudy? how did you get it to take itself apart and put it back together????? my sopohomore class at my high school cannot for the life of me figure out how to put certain parts into certain holes or openings please explain!
Sorry, to answer only now. There's an option in animator that says explode or collapse, but first you have to explode the items one by one, selecting an option called exploding view. And select the distance that you want between pieces. Them go to animator or motionstudy and select a video wizard that you want to do and exploding view.
nice job

if you are using autodesk inventor there is a "sample" file of a nitro engine. it is only a .12 but it would be a start.

I used solidworks and then made the video in a solidworks plugin or add-on called animator.
