  • :D where in the world did you get the footage for this?

  • wats that song caled???

  • it's neither cheap or easy to do it from inside the heads, but everyone who saw this demonstration at my house for halloween loved it, it didn't look "crappy" thanks.

  • This is not how they done it in WDW, the now have beamers (projectors) on the inside of the head, and seen from the outside (GUH! -__-)

  • they do not project it from inside the bust. they only do it from inside the head of Leota in WDW.

  • @Ruttie2 not true!

  • @CoasterMatte Got proof boy?

  • @Ruttie2 oh haha :P i though you said that they DID project it from inside the head :P

  • @CoasterMatte Ofcourse, i could be wrong.

But then again, you need to proove your

    theory too.

  • do you know what the name of this song is?

  • song is called grim grinning ghosts

  • how did you do this?

  • Simple, all he did was, he projected faces on the styrofoam heads, anyway my advice: Don't do it!

it will look crappy, use a beamer inside the head,

and use a editing program to add the bust to the footages ; )

  • I am trying to perfect a floating head of Dick Cheney or Bill O"Reilly to scare little kids.

  • id like to get a floating head of obama to talk about helping the poor to scear O'reilly and limbaugh

  • I hated those floating head they scare me when they were there

  • ほしい

    どこでうってるんですか?

  • what three floating heads film is that

  • the one in the middle forgets the words

  • Where did you get the raw footage for this?

  • es jack black?

  • is there a store where i can get the exact same haunted mansion busts like yours?

  • is t just me or is the guy on the far left always out of sync, even on the original ride?

  • cool i want to do this for halloween!!!

  • I love doing this trick too. I turned these guys' faces into Jack-o-lanterns and had them projected onto pumpkins. :)

  • that is what they have for the halloween haunted mansion!

  • Oh no, I mean I actually took the footage of these faces and turned THEM into jack-o-lanterns. Anyone can easily animate their own pumpkin face, but I took these HUMAN faces and made them look like they were carved from Pumpkin Masters patterns. I wish I could show you, but the video I have of it won't upload. :(

  • thats fine i believe you :)

  • How was this achieved? Where do you get the video for the faces? Can you send it to me? I have also seen the pumpkins where they put pumpkins faces and sinc it to Grim Grinning Ghosts....do you know where I could get a copy of that animation

  • I'm sure you could find the footage from a variety of sources. I actually got mine from a bootleg DVD of a whole bunch of Mansion goodies, with each face individually singing the song by itself. With the right sort of editing software, you can then make a continuous clip with all 3 faces in the same frame, then use a video projector to put them onto three faceless heads.

  • that sounds cool- i'll check it out

  • thats so cool, howd u get the video for it

  • Really nice job, I'd be so impressed if I lived on your street! I love that they used the original singers for the busts on the ride, and not lip synchers. They have so much personality! Especially hypnotizing to young children!

  • It was pretty easy, projecting the video of the floating heads onto foam wig heads,

i am a huge disney fan and actually run an online radio station go have a listen

    extinctattractionsradio dot com

  • @thunderstormpro Is that what you did? I was wondering why the heads looked round like incomplete busts. I thought it was some promo before they finished. It's great you can play with the images projecting like that, but it would be better if you made that clear. Like show the common foam heads, innocent like in a household, then have the face emerge like the foam heads are haunted. Or put the images in a mirror or something. the point is make it a common home haunting. Have fun with it.

  • really cool, how did u do that?

  • Your pretty good

  • thanks!!

this was done at my house in the garage this year for halloween, projections onto styrofoam wig heads!

  • @thunderstormpro Ok now that makes sense. It would be much more impressive live outside in the dark on Halloween. gotta be the best trick or treat display. Adults without kids should trick or treat too if more people did that. Singles miss all the fun of Halloween.

  • Great work.
