I love Jasper and love whistler, I was here back in 1993 for 3 months, fantastic!! time, didn't want to live, we climb mount whistler no lest them 3 times, because I was a medic part of an army expedition.

The amount of snow varies from year to year, but January is great for skiing.

Jasper is gorgeous all year round!!! Im going in 17 days for new years!! I lived there before too!!! If your planning on camping I would wait a little longer if you could...go in june or july!!!!

I live just a few hours from there! Last time I went up there was a blizard in september. We got stuck up top for like 3 hrs untill the storm cleared up!

Anyone going here should for sure check out the columbia ice field. Its changing/melting so fast.

no they dont salt the roads, they only use sand because the animals like the salt and end up getting hit by cars, i lived there for 3 months ;)
