  • Ride it for petes sake!

  • I like cafe'

  • I custom made the seat, I too couldn't find one that fits. I used the stock seat pan as the base and fabricated/welded the tail setction in sheet metal. I then measured and sewed up the leather seat cover. (I used to do upholstery for a living)

  • Where can you get the cafe parts for the SL125? I'm looking for a seat that fits, and handlebars

  • thats what mine sounded like except the exhaust was rusted off under the foot peg so it's quite a bit louder....if anyone can tell me where to get parts so i can fix it that would be awesome

  • My seat blew off on the freeway while I was transporting my 125, so I was thinking about replacing it with a cafe seat. What did you do/use for your seat?

  • yeah, its bored out to a 145cc and the intake and exhaust runners have been polished. No airbox either, I fabbed up a velocity stack with a 90-degree elbo instead. I also modified the exhaust by replacing the stock muffler with a flared after-market VW tip.

  • nice build! im currently chopping my old 1990 cg125 into an old school street tracker kind of look project. Do the old bill take any notice of the exhaust on it? i've already chopped mine down so its straight thru, did you get any problems with yours ie flat spots or anything?

  • @Oldspeed5656 very nice!!! after all the mods whats its top speed now? and before the mods aswell!?>

  • Any mods to the engine?
