Damn these combos are dope. I have watched this vid a million times over and I still am not doing combos even close to this. I can do some other "less than basic" combos,lol, in training but I never seem to get them off in matches. I need much practice. lol

There's virtually no safe time to use the World on anyone in this game. This combo artist pulled it off when Dio's stand was broken and knocked him down giving him the safe amount of time needed. I think the other safe moment is if you win a blazing fist fight. GOOD! ~ D'arby

i have the playstation version and i see all this crazy s**** on youtube and i like to think im very good at fighting games, but when i try the combos they dont seem to flow at all. when certain moves are used they just seem to end the combo. ive seen a playstation ver on youtube so i know i can do them, it just seems sooo much harder :/

Sad thing is, it truly is a basic combo. There are some even wackier combos, but they require the perfect situation and some gdlk timing. What seperates the men from the boys is whether or not in the heat of the match these moves can be pulled off.

"Yare yare daze" (which doesn't really have a direct translation, but is sort of Jotaro's catchphrase) and then he says "soshite toki ga ugoki desu" (which I think means "time is in motion").

This is largely correct.

"Soshite" is used in a similar way to "And then..." or "Therefore...". So, it would translate as "And now, time resumes." The literal translation would be: "Therefore, time is in motion."

"Yare yare da ze..." doesn't have a good equivalent, but it's a 'manly' way of saying "Sheesh..."

Arcade, Dreamcast, and Playstation. Dreamcast port is the best port if you don't access to the CPS-III arcade unit or the ROMs for emulation in nFBA or MAME or whatever.
