  • @ejandramae20 you'll get it!

  • Your good! I guess it's all about training the fingers to move a certain way! Exercise those fingers:)

  • fuck you! dude ur voice sound's like mabhong utot!

  • my Bm and F sounds awful...

  • I'm just starting and you've been a real help. Some teachers assume you know stuff and you don't know what they mean. But you do the basics and make it simple. Thank you.

  • Good guitar lesson. Thanks !

  • This video is really gud for the beginner's, there's lot to learn from this, all thanks to stain for his effort in teaching the beginner's on this tube!

  • actualy you want to place fingers in the middle of the fret

  • thnx man i gto ym guitar 2day and u helped alot

  • im just starting help

  • THANK YOU!

all the other guides are telling me like, "You and E is a...." and they don't show me a guitar.

  • Whats up Hey,

Am Derek from. Thanks a lot for the lesson. I love the song "Mob kuv lub Siab" but I can't find it anywhere, I can't find its lyrics and I also don't know the meaning. So can you help me out there please. I tried using both email addresses and the message wasn't delivered.

    Thanks.

  • Thanks so much. this has helped me get to learn some awesome songs now! THANK YOU STAIN!!!

  • ey which one is ur movie teching the song "just for love?"

  • You want your fingers to be between the medal frets not ontop of them leerzen.

  • when u fret.. is ur finger on top of the medal bar or right next to it?

  • I think you called a nut a fret

  • but a E chord made by 2 fingers

  • it's 3 notes, so "E" chord is only 2 fingers, you're right. However you play it with the other open string, completing that "E" chord.

When you play the E chord, you're not just strumming the 4th and 5th string, right? You strum it along with other strings.

  • This has been really helpful! :]

  • thanks a lot.

  • Thxs, stain.. ur the best.

  • thanks for the help. really useful!!!!! thanks allott!!

  • lool im using eletric guitar soo it sounds different

  • helped a lot. thankyou

  • no offence, but you remind me of doofy from scary movie 1.

but yeah good idea to help out the beginners

  • it seems so easy wen u do it. i jes bought a guitar. its just so difficult to change between the chord. can u giv any tips on how to practice better. cos i paused so many times to change the chords.help

  • Have someone else on camera. Having the camera there the whole time doesn't exactly help.

  • What if you're left handed?

  • get a left handed guitar deuche monkey

  • lmao... I'm left handed... it's still the same chord... just a different hand...

  • its basically a mirror image because you flip the guitar around and string the strings backwards so that the thickest is still on top.

  • cant you capo for b minor

  • you can capo for any bar chord

  • was great. cept i had to spend hours figuring out how the strum to that song. and im still not 100%

  • DAmn. you great i think you are great did you know that you are great hey great dude. you are great. naw jp. thanks for the crap.

  • its cool.. i know shit about guitar, but now i know a little.. Ill follow up when i get my first rotten guitar... which i have to steal from somewhere... then we'll get together ok?

I promise i wont seduce you

  • this was awesome. I really know nothing about guitar and I learned a lot. Although I had to pause it many times to learn them and right down instructions so I can practice more. it was really helpful though! thanks so much for posting this!

  • thank you!

  • Helped me alot, thanks :)

  • Thanks a lot!!! :)

  • thanks!

  • ur sucha rookie

a chord doesn't need at least 3 fingers, u noob, look at Em and you can play all strings open and thats a chord

90% of people use that G? I bet more people do the "full G" than that one

and u dont even teach the G bar chord

u teach the F bar chord but not the G and its the same shape - u shouldve taught it

but actually u shouldnt haven even showed any bar chords if u were going to talk about them in another lesson

    i dont even play guitar

  • He didn't say three fingers, he said three notes, dude. Don't stand so close to your amp.

  • YOU SUCK, you dont even give time to practise with you, or even tell which frets your in, you just say "first string, third string" ect. stop teachin.

  • you know when u put ur index finger covering the whole string on the second fret, do u press all th string down or what?..i'm always confuse on dat?can somebody tell me plz?

  • hey he flipped me off when he played f#..haha this is good..looks like a lot of memorization for me..thank you

  • -at last a simple and straightforward beginners tutorial!!! Many thanks-

  • thanks man! realy helpd me! :)

  • hey man when you play the B minor do push the finger down on the second fret or just in front of it like you would be playing a D on the second string and G on the first string.

  • WATCH AMER0

  • is this only for an acoustic, sorry if i spelled it wrong guitar? plz message me yes or no!

  • it's the same.. only difference is the method of projecting the sound.. there are guitars that do both in one too ;-)

  • Thanks alot for helping us.

  • thanks so much! im a super newbie, but this helped alot!

  • thanks for this tutorial

  • keeping the guitar in tune makes a world of difference.

  • Us newbies don't know the difference and I appreciate the help. Thanks for showing the tip on turning the E chord into a F. Thank You

  • Hey Stain,i suggest you use a tuner, get a tuner,or learn how to tune first before giving guitar lessons on youtube,i appreciate your effort though,it's all about sharing and learning from each other and i am in no way putting any one down, just giving constructive advice.

  • what's a major and a minor?

  • its basically two versions of the chord, major: the happy one and minor: the sad one, the only difference is the middle note is either sharped or flattened.

i hope this is right anyway.

  • Very useful - many thanks!

  • I got a question, I am left handed and my guitar is a left handed one, well the strings have been modified for me. So when you say don't play the 6th string, does that mean the first string to me? I learned my strings: EADGBE and so the 6 is the first for me? Could you help me out on that?

  • aprendann!!

  • well done, ur talented at this. please keep it up!

  • DUDE like you need to tell people which strings NOT to play when playing certain chords

  • hey do your basics man a chord can also have 2 notes

  • two note combinations are typically referred to as dyads or intervals. Chords are generally constructed from stacks of thirds(three notes) relative to some scale.

  • thanks for the help man... i realy appreciate it,,,, rock on
