Weell let's look at that verse you mentioned:
Act 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples WERE CALLED Christians first in Antioch.
You can look up all the rest 2 verses also in the bible where it mentions the word christian.. and you can see that in no context does it imply that the "christians" back then were calling themselves christians.
In the other verses like Acts 26:28, Agrippa says "almost thou pursuadest me to be a Christian" nad in the next verse Peter responds by telling him " I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds." He doesnt seem to mind being called a christian, cause thats what he is. They might not have called themselves christians, but they didnt mind, what do you think??
Paul was telling Agrippa the things which, had happened to him, and telled him the truth about christ and questioned whether Agrippa believes the prophets at all? .. I think that Agrippa was ridiculing Paul, and basically saying that : Do you think that you can make me a christian by some mindgame?.. And few verses before that a man called Festus accused Paul of being a madman.. So I think the two go together..
And notice that Paul doesn't say: I would that you also be "christian"..

I also believe Jesus Christ is God the Saviour and Lord.
