Can you do this but make large bows and then just glue the spikes on the back and then glue the clip into the back of the spikes... im wasting alot of money having them made for my daughter when i think i can make them myself :)

Thank you! I just made my first set of hairbows. My dd is 6 and cheering this year. I used football ribbon, green ribbon (team color) and I glued down a small football button (where you placed a jewel). Turned out GREAT.

Its just regular ribbon that you would by from micheals. I guess maybe cotton and polyester, not sure what it exactly is any material will work I have used sheer and its worked.

lol there super easy and you can use better ribbon then i did this was just for the video, but dont use fat ribbon for some reason it doesnt look right

thanks... no i dont sell them its not worth it people want it for free and they don't pay what you would want them to ... i did one time for my daughters school say and sold them for 2.00 for a set... that sold well it basically just paid for the material... lol

Yeah i've spent maybe 100 dollars buying bows from mom's over myspace. They are all super cute. Im thinking of making some and selling them at my local farmers market.
