Just saw a comment saying this game has nothing to do with reality. Thats because in reality the pilot would just target enemies fom miles away and destroy them with absolutely no problem so do you want to play a game where you take off fire once and then rtb ?

Yes you can decelerate at that rate because of flaps and back thrust from the engine. The landing actually wasnt that bad (not all planes land as gently as a 747 cuz they have thing that make the landing smoother). And the tire noise is very similar to that of a plane landing. Coming from a pilot here. :)

In Ace Combat 5, I was able to drift while landing and did a 360 while under fire, are you able to do that here? Just a little piece of info I wanna know before I end up doing something stupid in the game : )

@donsargent Dude, the HAWX 1 planes were way too big. Compare it to the aircraft carriers. In this, there are ships to land on, the ground to land on, and the planes aren't huge. I haven't picked HAWX up for a while.
