I came out of band practice that night which is in the heart of central phoenix with my band and i remember all of us being astonished obviously not seeing anything like that before. We drove right into the storm. Trees flying across the highway. Almost exactly a week or two later the same thing happened with the lightning but didnt last as long. I dont know what caused that but I have never ever seen anything like that before.
I remember this is Scottsdale, it was crazy!
