Poor Ashley keeps getting hit in the head with the umbrella when Lucas leans down to the little kid. Also, my guess is that Zac wasn't there because Drew Seeley did most of the singing for Zac in the first movie, so it doesn't really make sense for him to be there. I don't know why Vanessa wasn't there. Finally, does it really matter if they were lipsynching? We know it's them, pre-recorded or not.

I don't think they have a choice of lip syncing or not. It'd be difficult job for the audio people if they didn't. I don't mind the broadway actors doing it. We know they can sing.

Actually, they lip synched the 'we're all in this together part'...and Mo actually looked like she was lip synching, but I can tell you Corbin was MOST DEFINITELY NOT and Lucas wasn't either...and Ash was kind of pitchy, so she might have sang some of it live.

its not anything bad... because they dont lip sync in thier actuall concerts but they do lip sync at the parades because they cant put all the equiptment they need to sing live on a float

ya they did i love hsm but they did lip sing. Everyone lip sings here at the macys thanksgiving parade. Like its smack obvious... u may love them but they are lip singing. Its cold out and they can't really like hurt their voice singing in the cold so they lip sing!

It's very common for singers to lip sing at big productions like the Super Bowl and at parades because sometimes the physical activity can through off their voice or they'll be out of breath.

And I agree, I love Monique's singing voice. I wish she sung more in the movie.

To tell you the truth, it doesn't look like it's Monique even singing. Do ya'll notice when Monique sings it sounds different than the others. Even on the Christmas parade it just sounded weird. Plus where are Zack and Vanessa during both these parades. They didn't even go meet the kids in the other christmas parade video.
