ive done the last strat in one of my runs. and was beating Kenza's time of 2:28'977 until the 2 giant holes before SC.

All but the low jump are slower, and it doesn't work on 1st lap because you miss the jump on the wavy road.

a low jump with a trick is much faster than a big jump!!

I have watched the whole video, the low jump is faster but on the first lap there is a wavy road (15 seconds into the track) where you need to trick off the final boost pad (you are going too fast and miss it with low jump). I said its not faster on the 1st lap, it might be faster on 2nd and 3rd lap. Either way i wouldn't risk a WR run to attempt this.
