First time I got to play this was on Sonic Gems for the Gamecube and I hated it. Downloaded this on xbl and cannot believe how much of an improvement it is (loading, graphics, both soundtracks and tails) blew me away! Nice playthrough as ever!

I think the other extra Taxman put in that you are thinking about is the graphics smoothing option.
