Probably they will. They did the crossover episode with the first 3 doctors (entitled "The Three Doctors") in 1973, for the show's 10th anniversary, and I think "The Five Doctors" was on an anniversary as well. Since 2013 will be the show's 50th anniversary, I think they'll do a crossover episode again then, with Tennant and Eccleston coming back.
For now we'll have to make do with "Doctor Stew - Whole Buncha Doctors".
The 2 young and irritatingly good looking Doctors, both alike in darkness and witty repartee but the later reminiscent of the seventh Doctor's chess playing omniscience. And Kesha? Irritating as fuck and if I ever met her self righteous rage would probably flare to the point of violence but very occasionally she is capable of producing a good tune.
