  • Let's be fair to the Newlywed wife. They don't see these questions written out, and "crustacean" does sound exactly like "crustation".

  • an ace of kidneys? WTF?!

  • hahaha does the woman at 1:25 remind you of snooki from jerseys shore?

  • Boy in the beggining was SO cute! Not too smart, but probably fun in the sack :P

  • Sheep is a better answer to what I would have said - Woolite.

  • poor girl!

  • I love all these comments by kids 15-22 about how sex was in the 70's. O do tell do tell.

  • @overclockedamd123 or how much better the past was.

  • I spit out my milk at "I'll have to take a P!" hahahahaha

  • That sheep answer scored 7 points!!

  • I don't know why but ace of kidneys made me crack up. xD

  • 1:25 reminds me of Snooki

  • @ConfusedSponge She does seem a few planks short.

  • dmn i gotta stop watching these..

  • I miss Scrabble with Chuck !

  • "An Ace of Kidneys" XD

  • @Lebenskraft And that are you saying now. I got water out my nose!

  • I think i have to take a Pee !!!

  • REALLY! This is the last one i'm watching

  • @PrankZabba lol thats what i said 5 videos ago! XD lol

  • ACE OF KIDNEYS

  • 1:40 was An Act Of Kindness

  • "Ooh, I think I'll have to take a P."

Didn't something like that happen on Wheel of Fortune once?

  • @Godzillaman Similar on Bill Cullen's Blockbusters.

  • I haven't watched a game show in years, but what I remember of late is that such organic interaction as shown here has been dried up. It's all official and aligned with strict propriety nowadays. Hats off to the past.

  • I have four questions.

    1. What was funny about the Match Game segment?

    2. Is a sheep made out of wool?

    3. "Take a P." Why is that funny?

    4. What was funny about the last segment?

  • @KalubaBoy 1) She forgot her husband's name.

    2) Wool comes from a sheep, they're not made out of it.

    3) "Take a Pee" means to urinate.

    4) The woman probably lied to parents that she was still a virgin when she got married, but she just admitted on live television that she had sex before she was married.

  • I just love that host of the Newlywed Game his responses in his facial expressions, funny as hell in some of these clips. Also sometimes, his ability to keep a straight face... lol.

  • "Sheep" was the first thing that came to my mind too...

  • Uh, AN ACE OF KIDNEYS! lmao classic.

  • 1:53 This was the best part xD

  • Hahahahah, I think I'll have to take a "P." Classic, Awesome, Funny.

  • Doing it was no big deal by the 70's, but being on television was like being in church. You just don't admit things like that with millions of viewers watching.

As hypocritical as it sounds, people in the 70's had pride in how they appeared to millions of people. Now you're a nobody unless you strip on a webcam. :)

  • 1:59 what a douche bag!

  • was it really a big no no in the 70s? i thought in the 50s and maybe in the 60s for some...

  • I gotta take a P!

    oh geez lol

  • idk the married one

  • @joewhatthehellman saying stuff like that on tv back then was a GIANT mistake

  • An ace of kidneys!!

  • ahah, i love your videos. I discovered them around last year but i saw one of your videos in my favourites box so now i'm back :P been watching them all over agin

  • Favorite crustacean...Am I the only one who thought "crabs"?

  • 2:02 I dont get it

  • @mrwaco29 Read the second-highest comment on here.

  • "That was before we were married."

I don't get it. I was born in the 90's so I don't get it. Is it a 70s joke? was it bad to live with your boyfriends before you were married to them?

  • @Meighan618 living with your boyfried was a no no in the 70s, people did it, but you were frowned apon.....anything goes in this immoral narcisistic society we live in today

  • What's wrong with sleeping with your boyfriend/girlfriend back in the 70's?

  • whats his name? i droped on the Floor

    thats sad

  • "I can tell and she's married to me' hahaha xD

  • wtf is so funny at the last one?????????????????

  • @XSunacX he said that he pranked her by putting a rubber spider in her shower, and then she said that this was before they were married, so they were all ready living together before they married. I think that´s what it is XD

  • @XSunacX when that aired in the 70s if you did "sex-like" things like that before you were married it didn't leave a good impression on you. People were a lot more sensitive to those things back then

  • @XSunacX

don't listen to the idiots before me.

The show is about two couples.

Each couple has to try and guess if the other couple are married or not. She slipped up and said she was married so she gave their opponents the win.

  • @TheKangLock Is your real name M'aiq the Liar?

  • @Floymin I smell an Elder Scrolls fan!

  • @XSunacX Read the post just below yours.

  • Admiting you slept with your boyfriend on public tv before your married back in the 70's 0 BIIGGGGGGGGGGGGG no no

  • @PSNGreyLynx why?!

  • @qwerty11735 because it wasn't decent and socially acceptable and people were more modest

  • @PSNGreyLynx may how times have changed

  • @Charsept *looks at jersey shore* I know

  • @PSNGreyLynx More like 'Scaring the crap out of your girlfriend while she's taking a shower so she comes running out naked' BIG yes yes.

    I like to stay positive.

  • @PSNGreyLynx why?

  • @suleman021 Because it just was. Waiting to sleep with your partner after you were married was the norm back in those days.

  • @suleman021 Today most people wouldn't give a second thought to premarital sex; nearly everyone does it now, but back in the more "sensitive" years of early TV (50s, 60s, 70s, even into the 80s) we were much more religion-oriented and the norm was to wait until you were married before having sex or even doing "foreplay" which is what the husband did by putting the fake spider in her shower so she would run out naked.

  • @mleverich1991 Oh I get it, it makes sense now.... he is hot lol

  • Anyone else notice at 0:58 the scoreboard was messing up?

  • An ace of kidneys...LMAO. I'm dying of laughter here.

  • I SPIT OUT MY WATER when he said sheep. whats made out of wool. LOL

  • whats his name..........uhhuhhhuhhh idk

  • at 1:43-1:48 what was the name of that game show please?

  • @jsnentwick It's Scrabble.

  • A sheep! XD

  • HAAAAAaaa.... old people... now!

  • HAAAAAaaa.... old people... now

  • "And this was before we were married",,Note to self ,,,I am a idiot,,,and now every body knows I am a slut,,,LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO

    Hi Mom & Dad

  • LOL!! something made of wool- sheep. LMAO!

  • 2:04 - her face is priceless!!!

  • actually in some cases supermarkets do have lingerie departments

  • @konceptkarma Now days. Back then... Not really.

  • sheep are not made of wool?

  • "An ace of kidneys!"

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • a P and a P. hmm....... its a tough decision

  • i'm married haha, NOT FOR LONG.

  • You know, I can't have crustaceans since I'm allergic to seafood, but I love the stuff in... okay I'm going too far here. BTW, for some reason I just don't get what had the audience start laughing about the rubber spider incident. She says, "This was before we were married?" I mean, what was wrong with saying that?

  • @germanname1990 He walked in on her taking a shower and they weren't married and it was frowned upon and wrong. Now days, people don't really care.

  • @germanname1990 He walked in on her taking a shower and they weren't married and it was frowned upon and wrong. Now days, people don't really care.

Pre marital sex, it was frowned upon, but even though some people still care about sex before marriage, some people don't care

  • @greenday2themax Well, so much for talking about what most others wouldn't talk about at the time, but I do appreciate the trivia. Thank you. I've been waiting for that answer for years. ^_^

  • Thank you SGSA for uploading these compilations!!! Lots of fun... really a great way to chase the blues away!

  • I still don't quite understand the last one. Did she reveal something she shouldn't have when she said "This was before we were married!"?

  • @thisisntagoodname Read the explanation above, but basically she revealed they had pre-marital sex and that was shocking back then.

  • @iwantorlando05 Really? I laughed because it's redundant for her to say "this was before we were married!" when they're on the Newlywed Game (they just got married, so pretty all their stories will be about before they were married anyways)

  • @scott8919 No - the explanation is favorited above. It had nothing to do with redundancy.

  • of course I keep a gardner in the shed I'm rich dammit!!

  • @Ryusan11 Rich enough to pay that gardner a lot of money to keep him/her inside that shed, huh? A lot of people would envy you for all that money. XD Nothing against you. ^_^

  • Haha i saw the Sheep one on TV a few weeks ago haha.

  • What was so fun with the last one?

  • This was b4 we were married XD XD

  • I hate spiders too.

  • @Monkey - I do remember the "P" happening all the time on "Blockbusters". Bill Cullen used to crack me up with his reactions. The last part of this video is hilarious due to the "taboo" of premarital sex in the 60's/70's.

  • these answers are what makes the show worth watching

  • I feel sorry for all the Presenters who have to put up with retarded contestants

  • love the last one

  • Epic lols at Sheep.

  • that ooor blonde lady looked absolutely terrified

  • an ace of kidneys

hahashhahahha omfg game over give that man the prize

  • AHAHHAHAHAHA!! That last one really got me! :D

  • Crustacean lady, do yourself a favor from now on, just shut up. You're making Sarah Palin look like a genius.

  • OMG! The last one was just too funny. TMI lady.

  • hahahaha thumbs up if youve been watching these for like 2 hours...hahaha

  • @MgaMegan

there are only like 30 minutes of video combined

  • lol i feel stupid but i thought the last one was funny because she would get disqualified because it was newlyweds lmao

  • slut fail on the last one

  • Snookie at 1:25

  • sheep is made up of wool afterall.

  • I like the last one, how she's embarrassed because pre-marital sex is taboo, but let's be real. How many people throughout history (at least United States history) didn't have sex before they were married? Perhaps I am in error.

  • @Audiomancer Well, just because it happened regardless of taboo status doesn't mean it still wasn't embarrassing or shameful.

  • The girl in the last one is a cutiepie.

  • "this was before we were married" lol that's classic. that was back when there still might have been people who cared. isn't that cute?

  • The nervous woman at 0:24 is just stunningly gorgeous...her husband is a lucky man...

  • @majesticmaniac Yeah, and this is more raw type of footage, without the advanced photoshop edits! She reminds me of an angel on Earth. Her husband is indeed a lucky guy to get her :)

  • '" this was before we were married "

  • '" this was before we were married "

  • Why is the last one funny?

  • @jimmy1911 it wasn't acceptable for woman and men to move in with each other prior to marriage or have premarital sex at that time. Crazy right?

  • @jimmy1911 Cause back in the day, that was skanky.

  • @jimmy1911 Partly because she said on national TV that she'd been having pre-marital sex (which was frowned upon, even if most people did it), but also because of her facial expression when she realized what she said.

  • The guy who said 'sheep' also previously said 'worms' to the question 'Something you put out for the birds'!

  • @semlohd I guess the guy knew the most trite answers, just not the most popular ones.

  • The woman from 0:11 to 0.51 is beautiful.. :)

  • "An ace of kidneys!"

What's wrong with that? I once had an queen of kidneys, a jack of lungs, a five of spleen and a seven of... uh... hearts.

  • @Glitcher2000 Jack of lungs, LOL

  • @Glitcher2000 I once had a joker of stomachs!

  • @Glitcher2000 That means your body is a full house.

  • @Glitcher2000 Haha, that was fucking awesome!

  • @Glitcher2000 excellent

  • @Glitcher2000

You forgot a pair of balls.

  • can someone explain the final one to me? im probably too young to understand but still XD

  • @PokerPlum LOL. I actually remember it from DVDs because I'm not old enough to remember it on TV :D

  • The P joke used to happen all the time on Blockbusters, do any of us remember?

  • @Monkeyballmania I wish I did. Unfortunately, I was a preschooler during the 70s.

  • Something made of wool - Sheep !!!

And the previous dude said "cotton wool"

    Great family :D

  • WOOL! LMFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 2:03 her expression! ROFL

  • "Well I think I'll have to take a P"

  • Sheep was my first answer too... LMAO

  • Huh.. i thought she just farted at 2:02?

  • when did "an act of kindness" become "an ace of kidneys"!!! Heheheh

  • 2:00 *Gasp!* That women is beautiful! Too bad she's probably old enough to be my grandma now =(

  • "this was before we were married" man i bet her parents never talked to her again xDDD

  • the funny old days when people were ashamed of admitting that they didn't wait till they get married...

  • That last lady's face is priceless after she says "this is before we were married!" lol!!

  • @Chellebell7231 I don't get the last one.. can you explain?

  • the last one's cute haha

  • you know lady i think your right. i have to take a pee too

  • lol, "something made of wool" my answer: "my dog"

  • 2:04 the look of horror as she realizes what she just implied... classic!!!

  • "this is before we married" LOL the good old days

  • @alabader741 I dont get it, can u explain?

  • @thatmongolianguy If she was showering in his house, it bore the implication that they were having pre-marital sex, which was still something of a taboo at the time. If someone has a better explanation, I'm all ears!

  • @Krelus I'm pretty sure you're right. Hilarious reaction when she realizes she just told all their families on national television.

  • @Krelus How embarrassing would it be if neither of their families knew about them being together, and oops...she lets it slip on TV!! :P

  • @Krelus taboo at the time ? when was that ? why things change ?

  • @stp289 Judging by the hair, I'd say mid-70's? America was (outwardly) a lot more prudish about sex back then. That's not to say they didn't knock boots, they just didn't talk about it.

  • @Krelus Nope, 1968.

  • @palmz4u Gotcha, I guess that's what I get for not bothering to look it up. Thanks for giving a solid number.

  • @Krelus It still should be when you think about it.

  • @Krelus No no, that's right on the money. It just that the 'joke' really, really dates the clip, and the viewer, if you think it's funny.

'She had sex -with her husband- before they were married. My stars, what a zinger.'

    Lame

  • @Krelus thats about right or living together.

  • @Krelus I wish it were still something of a taboo; we'd actually have family values that have been long lost and people would appreciate each other more. Nowadays it's all sex and then it's over. People have become objects, and boy, that's not something to brag about.
