Lets say i have bolberg cross dragon, and i have 3 bajula's soul. I cross them all. When bolberg attacks, is it break 5 shields and destroy 6 manas?

Bajula Soul allows the creature to break an additional shield and destroy any 2 cards in your opponent's mana zone.

The latter is correct.

A creature can cross with any number of Cross Gears.

A Cross Gear cannot be crossed to more than one creature.

I suggest you read this videos description if you haven't already.

Yes. To "cross" a Cross Gear with a Creature, you must first pay the cost of the Cross Gear card whilst it's in the battle zone.
