Ive had the same kind of nanny problem....clueless and retarded. She would constantly pick up the tot/baby from crib to put on floor and vice versa, stuck in a repeating glitch. The toddler would need to be changed, and the nanny instead of diaper changing, would put the toddler to bed or in and out of the highchair.

at least your nany feeds your kid. my nanny threw my baby in dah pool DX dehn mah teenaged son almost died saving his wittle sissy o.O
