CJ Thanks for all your efforts with these series they are VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER and to the point. Hope that I can become somewhat effective with the product so that I can get hired somewhere. (Seems like the bulk of the industry is Avaya) . I've worked with the Siemens Hicom and Rolm Product for 25 + years and it seems like the software is close to the Rolm 9751 guess that's why its pretty simple to use for me in the emulation mode Hope to get caught up soon..
