I would like to add that caffein also makes the pre-work out, it's all about the stimulants i don't feel any so called pumps on just argenine or beta-alenine (another thing I agree with twin muscle on) and I have been working out for years and have tried a lot of pre-work ou supps. Really only need Protein, Creatine, and a good pre. BCAA's, ZMA, all just supplement company B.S.

This was a good video but I agree with Twinmuscleworkout on there views for pre-work out, Beta Alenine is bullshit and for the most part so are most pre-work out supplements, the ones that work like C-4 and Jacked, work because of the 1,3 Dima and in Jacks case Sterezonal A or whatever its called. Otherwise most pre-workouts are rip off's like most of the supplements out there.

JWe have a ford factory here in Belgium. Don't know if they still make the Focus. But I know they have made mondeo's and S-max. So that is why they are metric.

The metric thing also shows up in Chevys too. From what I was told, in the 80's, American auto builders struck a deal with foreign car makers. I can't remember exactly what it was, but it was something about selling eachother's vehicles to each country and something about selling tools. I have to ask my friend again about that.

yo dan im an auto tech, well i used to be. almost all american cars use metric now but ford is actually more toyota than ford. toyota makes all of the ford motercraft parts. most of ford parts come from either japan or mexico and are assembled in canada. though a small % is still assembled in the US ( detriot ky ohio etc)
