Wow what a match indeed. If you stop the video on 0:56 seconds. you can see that harumafuji ectually touched the ground first hehe. But i am gladd he won. Hopefully he will become yokozuna!

It wasn't EXTREMELY clear but on first watch, I thought Harumafuji had it with almost no doubt. Absolutely love his graceful somersault and fist pump afterwords too! I'm looking forward to more great coverage, Araibira!

I'll be darned. Ex-maegashira Kushimaumi, very slimmed-down, was the 1st shimpan on the dohyo in the post-match conference. It was a very close bout. I suppose that Toyonoshima landed 1st before Harumafuji's head hit the dohyo.
