Great location for a brewery, close access to the highway and The Bay. Mark, just imagine you, Tall Boy, Clammy and a Gansett Girl or two hopping into a boat (maybe a Glacier Bay) oufitted with a keg system and heading to the festivals in Newport to give us a taste of your latest beer (or Block Island, Galilie, Westerly, Bristol.......) It doesn't get better than that. Those beauriful old buildings should be saved too. A Win Win. Good luck.
