Yes. I live in Canada, and my carrier, Rogers, has enabled it. AT&T is not by any means ahead of the game when it comes to cell networks, and enabling things for their customers. If you're an AT&T guy, you'll have to either use a custom Ipcc file (Link in the discription to the tutorial) or just settle for no MMS until late summer.
