@tommyschilb10 First of all, this is the wrong game. The video is about GTA: Vice City, and you're talking about GTA III, which is still good. Just thought I'd let you know.

Anyway, you need to go where the L is. You will arrive at building and you have to go behind it, you'll see a marker there. That's where the mission begins. Later you will get new bosses with new missions and they will have their initials on your radar, just go there to start mission.

it was, diaz messed up their meet and now tommy and especially lance want to kill diaz becuz diaz stole tommy's money and killed lance's brother.

thats why after u unlock the gate to diaz's mansion by completing "guardian angels" with cortez, and beat diaz's missions, and finally do "sir, yes sir" with cortez again, u have to save lance in the mission "death row", before tommy takes him to the hospital lance says "he killed my brother".
