I was aware of this..but still an interesting video. It does conflate current immigration issues with this old deportation(which was mainly of US citizens of mexican ancestry or ones that were long settled in the areas that became part of the USA after the Mexican-American war. A lot of injustice over the years by both the governments of USA and Mexico. Check into the Bracero Program..are you aware that some money sent home by migrants was literally stolen by the Mexican government?

This a great documentary. "A Forgotten Injustice" is part of our history, us mexicans need to watch the film to stop history from repeating itself. Pass the word, its time we start doing something, not only sit down and look let it happen again...

You obviously did not get the right message, no one is saying to stand with Mexico. Or maybe you just haven't watched the film and you don't know that we are talking about born US Citizens here, not immigrants...What I am saying is that many of those US Citizens that are still alive are not talking about what happened during that time because they feel humiliated...they feel that their rights were violated because of their appearance.
